I contacted Lowell when I needed my computer brought up to date with a new motherboard, processor, memory and vid card. He recommended parts that would work well to give me the performance I was looking for. I ordered the parts online and delivered them and my computer to Lowell who worked his magic. Lowell was very responsive, explained computer problems and terminology in a way that was very accessible, and went above and beyond what was asked of him. Lowell gave me very detailed instructions about accessing the web site that enabled him to work by remote. He told me how to get an ID and a password, what to unplug, when to switch talking from my land lane to my cell so we could communicate while the system was unplugged.
