Received a very professional and detailed explanation of the problem from their estimator unlike other company I had do an estimate. Oral estimate was only 400 dollars less than written estimate. As we had absolutely no sewer service they were very prompt in getting to our job. It turned into sort of a nightmare with collapsing trenches and torrential rains but they won the battle of 75 to 100 year old pipes and saved the day! They charged not one penny more than original written estimate. I have already recommended them to others. Friendly and professional staff who went over and above to give us back our flush toilets. We noticed that our sump pump was working overtime and, upon examination, saw that it was not able to pump out adequately because of a plugged drain line. We first called our regular plumber who came out to look at it, then recommended we call Lovett. (He did not charge for the visit.) We called Lovett and scheduled a time for the work. The young man (Trevor) who came was just excellent- friendly, polite, and highly competent. He diagnosed the problem, told us how he would handle it and immediately set to work. When he finished the clean-out, he told us that the sump pump could work more efficiently if some adjustments were made, what parts we would need, etc., and then offered to do the job then and there. It was a miserably rainy day and we were delighted to have him do so. He went to the nearby Home Depot to get the necessary parts and took care of the work in record time. We could not have been more pleased. We would call Lovett again in a heartbeat (and hope to get Trevor to do whatever work was needed).
