replacement windows
+ -1 moreI brought in a very detailed drawing and was told that they would have to call the shop to get an accurate price. They said that they would call back with the price. A week later, after not hearing from them, I called them to find out what the problem was. I placed the call in the morning and was told that their sales representative was in a meeting and that he would call me back shortly. By that afternoon, I still hadn't heard from them, so I called again. I was told that their sales rep would call me back before 5PM that day. They never called back. I ended up purchasing my window from another supplier.
Description of Work: Went in looking for a replacement window for our kitchen remodeling project. We have an older home and were trying to match the style of the existing windows.

+ -1 moreI WASN'T VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY TOOK LONGER THAN THE 6 WEEKS THEY HAD SAID IT WOULD TAKE. NEVER CALLED ME UNTIL I HAD TO CALL THEM, SEVERAL TIMES. THEY INSTALLED THE WINDOWS, BUT FORGOT THE SCREENS, WHICH THEN TOOK AN ADDITIONAL FEW WEEKS.
Description of Work: I HAD 2 BEDROOM WINDOWS REPLACED IN MY HOUSE.
