Description of Work: our well went dry so we had to hook up to city water. we hired them to put in a new water line from the street to our house and 2 water lines in the yard. It was over 300 feet of water line. they were not punctual at times never showed up and never answered our phone calls. broke one of the current outside line and didn't tell us and just put it were he wanted . was not happy with that at all he installed the out side water line in the hole were our main shut off was so now every time I want to turn the water on I have to uncover the hole reach down to screw the hose on. I will have to have that redone was not happy with them at all. there is more but to much to write this was the worst of it

+ -1 moreRick came on a weekend as I recall on short notice, and not only got my water pressure back to .steady functioning, but helped me know what to do the next time I have a power outage, Rick was responsive, courteous, and extremely helpful, all at a reasonable charge. i' d recommend Living Water Pump to my nearest neighbor and my best friend. And Actually, I have done both.
Description of Work: My neighborhood lost power and my tank became waterlogged.. When I attempted to recharge the tank with the proper ratio of -of air, despite my time on-line, I could not get my system back to right.

+ -1 moreRick is extremely helpful and his prices are better than most. He came right out when we started getting some gravel in the water in a toilet. He explained that there was probably a hole in the pipe and it would be best to replace the pump also since it was probably damaged. When he arrived I showed him the water out of the toilet tank and it confirmed what he had said. He gave me two quotes to repair, one for finding and replacing the pipe that was leaking and one including the pump.Even though we had put a new pump in just 11 years ago we decided to replace it also rather than taking a chance that it was damaged by the gravel. He ordered the pipe and pump on a Tuesday and installed it on Thursday. He also freshened the well since the dirty water was also in the storage tanks. He has always given us the best advice and we don't ever call anyone else.
Description of Work: Rick installed the original well on the property in the late 1980's and has serviced it whenever we needed him too. He installed a new pump and pipe to our well.
