Lisac's service people worked with the factory in the Seattle area to identify the problem with our gas fireplace insert. They tried several solutions, installing significant new components on three occasions. But the problem persisted. They even made a service call with the service technician from the Gas company. Finally, it was decided that the entire unit needed to be replaced. Incredibly, I was only charged just for the final service call to pull the original unit and put in the brand new one – never a component charge, not even for the complete new fireplace insert! While they came out at least a half dozen times to try to solve the problem, they did not bill me for these service calls. The fireplace always worked when they left, but neither the service people nor I was convinced the problem had been solved. The only bill I got was for the final service call when they replaced the unit. Adrian and Andy were always professional, always showed up when promised, worked quickly and without making a mess. And they solved the problem (by replacing the entire insert) and the fireplace works great now. Terrific customer service! Super technical support!

We went to this location after horrible service at their Milwaukee store. Sadly we walked out without making a purchase since the sales people would not help or acknowledge us.

He was to able to work on my fireplace because of the type I have, but he was able to explain the reasons why and explain what the problem might be so I could share that with a repairman who does work on ventless fireplaces.

The service technician Adrian was on-time and efficient. He reviewed the jobs and got right in and started working. He was helpful and explained the services he performed. He was professional, cheerful and tidy. I would highly recommend.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Tim displayed pride in all of fireplaces and stoves. Zero pressure to buy. We knew what we wanted to have in a fireplace, but didn't know which one would be the best for us. Tim guided us, showing us the specifics, providing what makes our new fireplace better than the rest. It was easy with Tim. Since we are upgrading the height of the hearth, my comments of how the fireplace looks in my home will come at a later date.

Have been shopping for a wood stove insert for quite some time so had already researched the brands I was interested online. Lisac's is the main dealer for Lopi stoves in town, although there are others. The other dealers did not carry the particular model I wanted, or they did not think they could install the stove in my chimney, so I had to go with Lisac's. I really like the installer they use who came out to do an on-site estimate and answered all our questions. The customer service at the Milwaukie showroom left something to be desired, but it was better than the service at the Airport showroom. They seemed unprepared or uninterested, even though I had come ready to make a purchase. If they did not have a great selection and the particular model I was interested in, and an installer who thought he could do the job, I would have probably went somewhere else.

Not good. Felt like I was bothering the sales rep with all of my questions. They lost an over $4,000 sale because of this.

I had looked pretty much all over town for a flush fitting wood insert. I bought the Lopi Deceleration insert from Steve at Lisac s. He was so much more helpful than any of the other dealers I had visited and spent a lot of time explaining the different features of different models. I had Dan install fireplace and he did an excellent job keeping the soot from getting all over the place. It is a beautiful looking unit to our living room.

They were fantastic. I don't know anything about fireplace inserts and they walked me through it. The people that came out were very good and I'm happy with them. They walked me through instructions and I heard they would be right here if we needed them.

The store has a huge selection. I wasn't sure if I wanted pellet or gas. Hugo was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and showed me my options. All staff were friendly and attentive.

Lisac's was great. The fireplace facade I was eying for 2 years had been discontinued. They located one in someone else's inventory in Seattle and had it shipped to us. Our install went well, we did have one small gas leak, but it was fixed very quickly (same day). Months later, we pulled the unit out so that we could tile the fireplace surround, and when we reinstalled the insert, it wouldn't work. Lisac's came out and got it working free of charge. Even though we were the last ones to technically install the unit after we tiled, they stood by their service and even refused a tip when offered. The product is great, and their service was great as well.

Received poor service at Milwaukee location afternoon of 2/1. Three staff working and I was only customer in store. No one looked at me when I walked in until sales rep got off his mobile phone. Told him we were interested in converting from wood stove to gas logs. He wanted to sell me a gas insert for $$$$! He abruptly stopped talking to me when his mobile phone rang, like I wasn't even there. Staff not interested in servicing customer? Took my business elsewhere.

THEY HELPED CHOOSE THE RIGHT SHAPE, LOOK, MEASUREMENTS AND INSTALLED IT QUICKLY AND GREAT. THEY WERE GOOD AT TALKING US THROUGH IT AND MAKING SURE WE WERE ON THE SAME PAGE.

REPRESENTATIVES WERE FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE. SHOWED US MANY DIFFERENT STYLES AND MODELS BEFORE OUR DECISION WAS MADE. THEY REFERRED TO US TO A INSTALLER THAT WORKED OUT REAL WELL.

THIS BUSINESS IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE TYPE OF INSERT NEEDED FOR SPACE, THE STATE CODES REQUIRED BEFORE INSERTING OR RECOMMENDING. THEY SEND SOMEONE TO EVALUATE THE AREA AND CHIMNEY HEIGHT BEFORE SELLING YOU THE PRODUCT.

ADRIAN WECKEL PERFORMED THE INSTALLATION OF THE SAFETY VALVE AND HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND PLEASANT. HE CLEANED THE SOOTY MESS OF THE FIREPLACE HEARTH AFTER HE WAS DONE.

THE FOLKS AT LISAC WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH THE SELECTION AND PURCHASE OF OUR GAS FIREPLACE. I WOULD DO REPEAT BUSINESS WITH THEM, DUE TO THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF THE BUSINESS.
