Linoleum City

Great.

The material was ready for the installer and everything went well.

The only aspect of the job that was negative was waiting for some specially colored caulk to come in from the distributor....not their fault.

It went great. The marmoleum has lasted well. The work done by their referral was quick and solid.

I liked them a lot. Their linoleum prices are great. I have been very satisfied with them.

Linoleum City had a good selection of Marmoleum in stock to chose from. The recommended a contractor (Chris Giambattista) to do the actual work. Chris came over and measured the room and gave us a couple estimates to choose from. We then ordered the materials directly from Linoleum City. Everything was completed the day promised and my daughter now has a playroom she loves.

Susie is a GEM! We probably went into the store at least three times with small children in tow and tons of questions. She is very knowledgeable about the products and the people who do installation. She went out of her way to try and make us a great deal and was very prompt about returning calls. Overall, we had a great experience!

Having previously purchased flooring from this store, I headed over again when it was time to select Marmoleum for our kitchen remodel. Mike showed me the many offerings they had in stock and directed me toward the colors I was considering. Left me alone to make my decision and offered small samples to take home for further consideration. Also gave me the name of an installer, who I ended up using. Since they had worked together numerous times the process of purchasing, delivery and installation flowed smoothly. I also got two quotes from other companies and found Linoleum City and another flooring company together saved me $500, while allowing me to get the exact kitchen floor I wanted.

I purchased from Linoleum City because of their wide selection. Athough my first choice of materials turned out to be unavailable when I was ready for it. Unfortunately, the private contractor who works with the store (Chris Giambattista) did not get the linoleum glued down evenly. He took a long time to address the problem, and there are still raised areas afterwards.

They made sure we bought exactly what we needed. They recommended DJ's Floors and work well with them, holding our stuff until they picked it up and installed it.

The staff was helpful but not at all pushy. The purchase went quickly, and they store your material for as long as needed. Also, they recommended a company to do the installation.

I submitted measurements, and upon selecting pattern, Suzie took care of everything. She assisting me with selection of the rubber base, listed and sold me the glue. Suzie also recommended a specific installer, explained that in order to take advantage of the Marmoleum guarantee, it would need to be installed by a Marmoleum certified installer. Suzie recommended DJ's Floors, operated by David Pitzer. I was very pleased with them (they are also rated on Angie's List.)

I used them years ago and decided to use them again. They have a really good line of materials, and had what I was looking for. They were very reliable. They don't do the installation, but give you the names of people that will.

The purchase went well. The selection was good and the people who helped me were informative, courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, neither of the two installers recommended to me worked out and I was left on my own to look for a certified marmoleum installer, a task which has been quite frustrating.

Bill Anderson at Linoleum city was excellent at helping me find the carpeting I liked and the laminate flooring and all the materials needed to carpet and lay flooring in the older house that we bought. I also feel I received the best price over any where else. Michael Chen the carpet layer did a excellent job and arrived on time. I would recommend Linoleum City to anybody.

Bill was our salesperson at Linoleum City. He was thorough, knowledgable and friendly. When there was a delay in the delivery of goods, he was prompt about notifying us so we could reschedule. Dave Pfister did the installation. He and his son were on time, clean and professional, and did a beautiful job. We did the subfloor ourselves, and Dave told us exactly the kind of materials we should use. Good service from LinoleumCity and Dave!

I stopped in here unsure of what to do with my flooring issues for my home. I was greeted by Mike and he showed me through the store. His customer service was great and offered lots of information. I am extremely happy with my wood floor...though very busy, he helped make this a fun time.

I recently purchased my first house and then had to make my first carpet purchase. Linoleum City and Bill Anderson guided me through every step of the process. I had many questions and had done a lot of research. Bill answered all my questions and helped me to narrow down my choices. He was very knowledgeable and patient. Linoleum City doesn't provide its own contractors but will recommend a few. Bill recommended Michael Chen. Mike was very professional and did an outstanding job of installation. Overall, my experience with Linoleum City and Bill Anderson was nothing short of A+. And I am a hard customer to please. I will continue to use Linoleum City for my future flooring needs.

BILL ANDERSEN, SALES REP., WAS VERY HELPFUL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. ALTHOUGH THEY DID NOT CARRY THE PARTICULAR CARPET WE WANTED, HE CONTACTED THE FACTORY REP, GOT A PRICE, AND ORDERED IT FOR US. NO HASSLES ABOUT PRICING OR SHIPPING.

I WORKED WITH SEVERAL PEOPLE THERE, BUT BILL WAS ESPECIALLY HELPFUL. THEY POINTED OUT THE BACKROOM WITH REMENANTS OF BOTH VINYL FLOORING AND CARPETING, WHICH WERE LARGE ENOUGH PIECES FOR OUR PROJECTS. BILL EXPLAINED THE BENEFITS OF WOOL CARPETING (WHY IT'S BETTER FOR PEOPLE W/ALLERGIES). BY BUYING REMNANTS, I SAVED ABOUT 50 PERCENT. THEY ALSO RECOMMENDED NAMES OF INSTALLERS. WHEN THE VINYL GUY ENDED UP DOING A SOMEWHAT FLAKEY JOB (DIDN'T FOLLOW THROUGH ON SOME PARTS OF THE JOB), BILL APOLOGIZED, SAID THAT WASN'T ACCEPTABLE AND FOLLOWED UP WITH THE CONTRACTOR HIMSELF. THE CARPET INSTALLER THEY RECOMMENDED (MICHAEL CHEN - 503-888-3650) WAS REALLY TERRIFIC. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE SEVERAL TIMES TO CHOOSE MERCHANDISE AND ADJUST ORDERS. THEY WERE VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL. ALSO GAVE ME GOOD CARE GUIDELINES FOR THE INLAID VINYL FLOORING. I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY THERE AGAIN. ONLY NOTE OF CAUTION: ONE OF THE OTHER CLERKS NOT AS FRIENDLY/HELPFUL AS BILL.

THERE WAS SO MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM AT LINOLEUM CITY. THEY HAD ALL OF THE DIFFERENT STYLES OF VINYL FLOOR IN SWINGING DOORS SO THAT WE COULD PUT A PIECE ON THE FLOOR TO SEE EXACTLY WHAT IT WOULD LOOK LIKE.
