+ -1 moreWe feel like we were taken advantage of, thinking we could trust Linda as someone who would represent us, but instead she represented herself. She had everything to gain, but we lost thousands of dollars by trusting her professional opinion. Because of Linda I don't trust real estate agents.
Description of Work: The list of problems we had with Linda is very long, but the ones that stand out the most are: 1. We had two bidders in one day, and she pressured us to go with one of the bids - instead of letting the bidders have a bidding war to get the price where we wanted it. To make matters worse, the bidder that she pressured us to go with, dropped out and that cost us thousands of dollars, major hassles, another month on the market, and major stress. 2. When we finally got a bidder a month later, she kept calling us to pressure us to drop our price - she was also representing the buyer! I could list more, from the beginning of the entire process, but it would take too long.
