During Scott’s (General Manager of Lifetime Remodeling Systems) initial visit, I knew LRS’d be the company for me to hire to get my re-siding/painting project done right. I found great harmony between LRS’ management practices and my own life philosophy. For example, their siding/painting crews were all company employees (and not subs) and were treated with respect and dignity. I truly believe that a caring management team produces happier employees, who in turn deliver wonderful work results for their customers. I was fortunate enough to have Chris (the Foreman), Juan, and Jesus work on my house. This was such a small crew and yet extremely efficient and effective in executing Chris’ vision and plan for my house. The work covered numerous intricate details and Chris and his crew were always on top of them. What impressed me the most was how harmoniously and seamlessly they worked as a team. A fair amount of the time they worked in 90/100-degree heat and still they carried on without showing any sign of distress at all. Chris was the most hardworking foreman I had ever got to work with on a major project. He was multi-talented and was wherever he was needed at the moment. He was able to meet all my brilliant questions with his even more brilliant answers. Chris was only able to do first-rate work and his leadership and attention to detail were second to none. Scott and Chris also offered me invaluable design advice on siding and paint colors. Their recommendations have made my house turn out to be even more beautiful. In conclusion, I want to thank Scott and Chris for their impeccable leadership, thank Chris, Jesus, and Juan for their mastery, professionalism, and for taking so much pride in their work, and thank Gino (LRS owner) for running such a great company for us homeowners in the Greater Portland/Vancouver area.  

Fabulous experience throughout the project. 100% satisfied and truly grateful I choose Lifetime Remodeling. Several homes in our neighborhood have been 'redone', often with several contractors doing each project (roof, siding and window). Having one company handle the entire project removed the concern of one company not taking responsibility for the work of the other, which happened to several of my neighbors. I was very impressed with the quality and willing to do it the right way. We paid a lot for our remodel, but I can honestly say I know where it went. Case in point, Gino at Lifetime Remodeling was the only contractor to recommend we remove our T-111 siding and replace it with high-end plywood (not chipboard). Every other bid was for them to place the Hardie plank on top of the 20 year old T-111. When the crew came out, they took every nail out by hand, oppose to ripping the siding off in large sections at once. Even with this level of detail their quote was not the highest bid, much more close to being in the middle. Jaime was the crew lead and he was here each day organizing and providing guidance to his crew. Both my wife and I work from home, and they were extremely accommodating to which part of the house the were working on to reduce internal noise. Absolutely no regrets with our decision to go with Lifetime Remodeling, and now have a beautiful house with lifetime products. Gino and Jaime took care of every concern we had and even threw in a few extras like a new fiberglass entry door for the garage.

No work was done as we did not hear back.

This review is being written on behalf of Ralph and Lifetime Remodeling Systems. To set the stage, Ralph and his crew sided and painted our house in 2003. We have had zero problems with the work that was done. On a separate issue, we had a single siding board that was fractured this winter and needed to be replaced. I called Ralph Friday morning and he called back Friday afternoon to ask if he could come look at it on Saturday morning. Saturday morning he called and came out said he would be there in about 40 minutes. In 40 minutes the doorbell rang and together we inspected the damage. While he was here, he did a walk around to look at the rest of the house. He told me that he would call and let me know when he would be sending someone out. To my surprise and delight about 4 hours later, Ralph called again and said he would be out at 4:00 pm to fix the siding. Two members of his crew came to fix the damage and by 5:00 pm the board was repaired and everything was cleaned up. When I began to write this, I could not help but notice an "F" review. I'm not even sure how this is possible based on the level of service that Ralph provided to my wife and I in this situation. It is not often in this day and age that a business will honor the work and warranty that they have done in the past. My wife and I applaud Ralph and Lifetime Remodeling Systems for their commitment to excellency and integrity. Thank you for who you are and what you stand for in keeping your word.

The owner of the company promised me he would be contract manager and be personally involved but he only showed up when payment was due. I still have lead paint exposed on my porch ceiling six months later. There were chunks out of my walls that were patched but needed to be painted. The concrete patio in my backyard was ruined from the ice- melter that was used by the workers during last December.

I recently had new siding placed on my 1920's house by Lifetime Remodeling. I got bids from 5 different vendors, but in the end Gino from Lifetime far exceeded my expectations in his presentation. Honestly, it was a pleasure working with Gino from the beginning to the end. Jason and Josh were the siding workers and both did a great job. They were very professional and did hard work 5 days a week until the job was done. I also decided to get new wiring in my walls while the siding was off so as to update for fire prevention and insulation addition. The electrician was great. The painters also did an amazing job and were perfectionists. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I would highly recommend this company.

I worked with Scott Herndon and he was very personable and professional in coordinating the project. They were always on time and ensuring everything was completed in a quality manner. Project area was always kept clean and the crews were courteous. Work completed on time and exceptional quality. House look like new! I'm happy.

The crew, Chris and Diego, were great. They were very careful of the yard/plants and cleaning up at the end of every day as well as the excellent and thorough siding work. Great paint job too! Scott, the general manager, was very helpful and informative through the entire process.

The residing project went very smoothly!

Lifetime did a Full Residing and Painting of our old 1910 house. Included: Door and Window Trim Tongue and Groove Porch Ceiling New Fasia Boards Porch Fixing. Gino (the owner of the company) helped us along at every step of the process, from educating us to the methods used, to talking us over different options. At the time we were debating doing a restoration job on some older hidden lap siding, but ended up going with new Hardi Plank after talking with Gino and weighing options. Gino's teams did an excellent job, made us feel comfortable and appreciated, and have left us with a stunning home. I would encourage anyone to get a quote from Lifetime. Their work is above and beyond - their attention to you is personalized. Well worth the extra dollar or two.

Gino (President of LRS) came through with every guarantee. Pricing was clear from the beginning. He was accessible answered all of my questions. His team began the installation on time and were at my house every weekday until the project was done (even veterans day). The project was completed on time and the quality of work was outstanding. Jason (the onsite lead) was 100% professional and courteous. The attention to detail was everything I hoped it would be. They even went the extra mile on a few details. I cannot express how wonderful the house looks. I would recommend LRS to anyone. I would certainly hire them again.

It all turned out beautifully! The windows and siding make our home look new again. The whole process went very smoothly and according to the timeframe we expected. They did a top-notch job and we are very pleased with the craftsmanship. They were really great to work with. We highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about the way Gino Streano and his team of workers handled our project. Gino was great about explaining what work needed to be done and how the job would progress. There were no surprise extra costs and the start and finish of the work were as we were told. He has in-house workers who must be very loyal to him because they (Chris and Diego) worked as hard as possible in some of the worse winter weather we have had in years and were always VERY cheerful and had a friendly greeting for us whenever we saw them. They were always willing to stop and answer any questions we had. Great guys. All that said, the house turned out even better than we expected. Our 90 year old house has been kept in it's traditional style but looks like it was just finished.

Scott and Chris did a fantastic job on my residing project. From start to finish everything went incredibly smoothly. Scott helped walk me through all of the options and every time his recommendations were the right decisions for the project. The work Chris did on the house was superb. No detail was too small and everything was completed to perfection. I highly recommend Lifetime Remodeling Systems for their quality of work, efficiency, and professionalism.

Gino's men did a great job in all phases of this project.. They worked fast and were always on time. The final result is absolutely beautiful and their workmanship was perfect. Everything was done exactly as promised and there were no hidden charges or add-ons. I couldn't be more pleased and I will be using them in the future when the need arises.

Their work was far above and beyond my expectations. My neighbors continuously warned us about contractors "disappearing" in the middle of jobs. Gino and his crew were here every day, and even a few weekends so that they could get in and out as soon as possible. They never once put speed above quality. When a neighbor worried about having a platform between his deck and ours (over the water), Jaime (Gino's foreman) devised a clever cantilever platform that let them do the siding without touching our neighbor's deck. And, rather than taking the easy way out when they encountered previous construction challenges, they took the time to do things right. The few things that didn't work right the first time were quickly fixed or replaced. For the size and complexity of the project, I am both pleased and amazed at how smoothly the project went from start to finish. These are smart people who know what they're doing, won't take shortcuts, and will do everything in their power to satisfy their customers. They certainly satisfied this customer.

What a great company--they operate with integrity and care--totally professional. Our house looks great! They preserved the historic character of our home, (offering great ideas on several points that made it come out better than imagined) while making it warm, quiet, clean and beautiful. I totally love the work crews from this company. Without exception they are the fastest and hardest working crews of any company I have ever worked with. They are also prompt, professional, and friendly. They were always a pleasure to have around. Thank you so much for all your great work.

We received several bids from other siding contractors - all who had different opinions as to what needed to be done. When Gino came over to give his bid he went into thorough detail on what would be done and how it would be done. I learned everything I ever needed to know about replacing siding! I knew at that moment we'd be in good hands. On the first day Gino showed up with his team and introduced me to the lead man, Alberto so I had a go-to person if I had questions. We did end up with dry rot and Alberto explained everything that needed to be done and took pictures. A lot of the issues had to do with poor installation of the flashing when the house was built...plus the fact it was the old LP siding. Gino came over every day at least once to oversee the work being done and answer any questions I had. Actually if I had a question I just emailed him and he responded immediately. We really got the white glove treatment and I feel confident that the job was done right. They were done on time and on budget. The only add-ons were for the repair of the dry rot (which we knew might happen) and we had another section of the house resided that they found was horribly rotten (which was our choice to replace now instead of later). They were more expensive than the other bids we got but we received much more for our money. It felt great to know we were well taken care of. Everyone was so professional and informative. Their attention to detail was impeccable It was actually a pleasure to have them working on our house!

It went great. The house looks beautiful. Scott was the sales and operational person. He was available and communicated well via messaging, voice and e-mail. Jose was the lead on the job. He was sure to give me a morning and evening briefing, updating me on the job done and what to accomplish the next day. Leo worked with him and did an excellent job especially painting the trim. It took four weeks but was worth the effort and money.

The crew that Scott sent to my house was amazing. They gave the highest attention to detail. Before siding installation even began each wall was carefully inspected for dry rot and plywood was replaced where necessary. The preparation is what took longer time but it was crucial to ensure there are no hidden problems that would get covered up with new siding. Great care was given to proper flashing around windows and where roof meets the wall. Chris (foreman) was great at fabricating the right shape for flashing and put to shame original installation. Guys worked tirelessly and every day cleaned up job site which was important with little kids around. LRS has taken care of every aspect of this big project and were paying attention to my requests (some electrical and plumbing work needed to be done before house wrap and siding phase; gutters needed to be re-attached, etc). Scott was great at sending the right people for each sub-project. House looks beautiful and we have piece of mind that weatherproofing was done right. We would definitely hire them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for siding professionals. Two thumbs up!
