We are very pleased with the efficiency, accuracy, quality and professionalism of the work. Gino and his team provided a detailed, competitive quote for removing cedar siding and pine window trim on the third floor dormer of our home. We replaced all materials with Hardie Plank in order to ensure longevity and resistance to the sun and rain. Painted the new materials to match existing cedar on first two levels of our home. Great communication, on-time arrivals, careful and considerate crew, and meticulous attention to detail. Project done on time and great results. Lots of compliments from jealous neighbors. Will definitely use this company again.

Lifetime Remodeling was excellent to work with. Their prices were fair and their communication, efficiency, and quality of work were great. We made some significant changes midway through our project and Lifetime was quick to accommodate and adjust as needed. They were very respectful of our tenant's needs and worked hard to minimize their impact during business hours. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

We are very pleased with the result of our siding project. The installation, quality of materials and aesthetic appeal made this an excellent investment for our home. In our area we have seen a lot of new construction and renovations that use armies of subcontractors to turn jobs in a short time. We were not looking for that approach since we really like our house and want to be here for the long run. This company uses trained, in-house installers rather than subs. For our job we had two workers, Victor and Marco, who were obviously very skilled in installing the specific product for our siding, in our case James Hardie. We also had a terrific painter, Miguel, finish our front door and garage doors. They were all diligent in their work, definitely emphasizing quality over speed. The project manager was Gino who also gave us the initial presentation of the company and materials to be used. He, and all the workers, were great to work with and answered all of our questions. They dealt with unexpected issues efficiently and kept us informed. And as for the materials, they use the best from the nails to the paint. The final look of our house upon completion is really impressive. Not only the siding itself, but also the trim and detail work around all the vent pipes, faucets, lights and fixtures. A lot of neighbors have complimented us, even some folks driving by who we don’t even know. We would highly recommend Lifetime Remodeling Systems for quality work.

Gino and his crew did an excellent job replacing the siding on my house. I had old cedar siding that was falling apart and needed replaced. Gino responded quickly to my request for a free estimate to install HardiePlank siding. He was very professional and the price of the estimate was good. The crew did the work on schedule and cleaned up afterwards. They went above and beyond my expectations. My house looks amazing. I would definitely hire them again.

Excellent initial work. Six years later we developed a small water leak problem due to a new design detail that they had tried out, but Lifetime fixed the problem completely and graciously under warranty even though it was an expensive fix. Lifetime really took care of us.

The job went very smoothly from the day of the estimate to the day of completion. Scott, the estimator and job supervisor, spent time with us answering questions and giving us information before we had even committed to sign the contract. We were introduced to the 2 man crew who handled the job, both of whom were pleasant, courteous and hardworking. They were very particular about their work, and we felt they treated our home as if they were working on their own. Overall, we were very pleased with the quality and professionalism of the work.

In 2010 I hired Lifetime Remodeling Systems (LRS) to replace all of my home’s siding along with all of my windows and glass sliding doors. I was very pleased with their work. Their employees were very professional, hard working, and respectful. In 2018 a couple windows began leaking. I contacted them and arranged for them to do the needed repairs. The Company President, Gino Streano, along with a couple employees came to my home to evaluate the leaks and to determine a course of action. I was extremely impressed that Mr. Streano took the time to come to the worksite. He provided me with a thorough explanation regarding the corrective action planned. HIs employees began working immediately and continued doing so until the repairs were completed. All of the labor and materials were covered by warranty. Gino and Lifetime Remodeling Systems are GREAT! I highly recommend them.

From start to finish, Scott and his team did an amazing job with our house siding project. At our first meeting, Scott gave us some ideas to modernize and upgrade our 70’s ranch style home, ideas for what siding to pick and different ways to install it. He also recommended that we get new gutters, and referred us to a great company. In addition, he brought Chris, the project foreman, over to meet us before work commenced. Once the work began, we were so impressed by the quickness, efficiency, and tidiness of Chris and Diego’s work. Every morning, Chris would touch base with me before I left for work. In the evening, he would do the same with my husband when he got home. We really appreciated the communication. It can feel invasive to have someone working on your home every day, but Chris and Diego were so nice and easy to be around. By the end of our project, they felt like family. My husband and I both really enjoyed chatting with them. In addition to the design advice that Scott gave us, Chris also came up with some very pleasing solutions to some of the odd things that tend to pop up, and he came up with the best idea for framing our windows. He was patient and respectful while we took the time to make up our minds about some of the options, and even rigged up two design options for window trim so we could see what it would look like. Scott was attentive as well, and was always just a text away when we had questions. We are thrilled with the job that Chris, Diego, and Scott did, and I would highly recommend them if you need your house sided.

Jaime from Lifetime Remodeling Systems came to repair my siding. The water from a drain pipe was flowing backward and caused the wood around the siding to rot. Jaime patiently explained to me what was wrong and how best to fix it. After he gathered the materials needed, he proceeded to make the repair. He took pictures for the before and after and he invited me to inspect the job when it was finished. The new drain pipe extension with a 90 degree angle, new wood, new siding, and the new paint looked absolutely beautiful. I totally recommend Lifetime Remodeling Systems for all your siding needs.

We chose Lifetime Remodeling Systems because of the professionalism and thorough knowledge of their products and installation. We needed to replace failing cedar siding on the south side of the house and due to the location and vulnerability to harsh weather conditions decided to reside the entire house in Hardi Plank. From the beginning, Gino Streano demonstrated that quality installation would increase the longevity of the siding. His crews are all in house. No subs to contend with. They were respectful, incredibly professional and efficient in their use of time and materials. His job forman found an area of our deck that was not supported well and resolved the issue on a time and materials basis that was reasonable with the estimate. If there was a problem, Gino addressed it immediately. We had a problem with our air conditioner after the guys left and a worker was there to resolve it almost before I had hung up the phone with Gino. It was resolved quickly and completely. They finished on time if not a few days early of the original estimate and all trims, light fixtures and plugs were replaced completely in good working order. All windows, doors, outlets and fixtures were flashed completely. Their bid was fair and fell in the range of bids we had gotten from other contractors. Their professionalism and ease to work with was the deciding factor and they did not disappoint. Within limits, “you get what you pay for” and their estimate and the final bill were reasonable with the quality workmanship they gave us. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them highly.

I can't recommend Lifetime Remodeling Systems enough! We needed new siding on a 3 story house on a hill. They were professional from start to finish. Every step of the way was explained and quality materials were used throughout. Any small glitches were handled extremely quickly. In one instance, our airconditioner wasnt working after a day of work. Almost before I hung up the phone (no kidding!) someone was at my door to check it out and fix the problem. Their crews are in house. No subs or extra workers were used. Everyone was incredibly professional. We got three bids for this project and Lifetime was in the same ball park of the other two. Given that and their attention to detail and professionalism made this a very easy choice and great decision.

TL;DR Choose Lifetime Remodeling Systems for your siding and/or window replacement. Project: We had a complete tear off of existing siding (rotting masonite) from home and detached garage, replacing with Hardie board, replacing 1980s aluminum frame windows with new Milgard Tuscany vinyl windows and paint. We asked for estimates from many different companies, met half of them and received 4 actual quotes. After much discussion with all the info we had, we chose Lifetime Remodeling Systems. Ralph, the co owner, gave us the initial presentation and he also gave us the basics and history of the company too (Gino took over later). Gino went over the materials and on how everything would be done, etc. He gave us his estimate quote and there wasn’t any pressure to accept on the spot which we appreciated. Pushy companies made us uncomfortable. The quote wasn’t the least expensive nor was it the most expensive, but it’s still pricey work. The one thing that Gino emphasized was that they have crews that have been with them for a long time. I was skeptical, but this turned out to be the absolute truth. We were also given a complimentary service for color consultation that helped us decide what paint to go with on the house. That worked out well and we appreciated it very much. The dumpster was delivered on the 5th of Sept. and later the “honey bucket” for the convenience of their workers, Juan and Jose who arrived on the 6th of Sept., and they kept delivering great work ethic and kept at it till the final touches on the 25th of Sept. They are incredible workers. Jaime was the lead and his vast experience was very important to us. We relied on him heavily and trusted his judgement. We gratefully followed his advice. They are men of high integrity and they are very skilled in their work. I found them to be highly trustworthy. They started work as soon as they could and were always on time and when they thought that they could use a Saturday to finish their project, they did just that. They always cleaned up at the end of the day. The window replacement was the most invasive part of this. But this was completed in 2 days and they made sure that dust was completely contained to the exterior (the new Milgard Tuscany windows are deeper than the old aluminum ones and the finished sill needed to be cut back all the way around). They know that water is the enemy and they did all the right things to make sure that water does not penetrate the exterior. They have been in business for a long time and they warranty their work for as long as we own the house. So in a nutshell we are happy with the company's performance and their medium range cost. They delivered and our house has a beautiful new exterior.

New siding is possibly the biggest and most visible improvement we will make to our home. Our next-door neighbor used Lifetime Remodeling Systems to side their home in 2017, and we knew this was the company we would choose upon seeing their work. We had a different Lifetime crew side our house in 2018 with the same great result as our neighbor. Lifetime did a beautiful job, kept to the schedule and kept the site clean and livable. Chris and his team were meticulous and paid attention to every detail to maintain the traditional look of our 100 year old home. Our project manager, Ryan, did a great job of keeping us informed and coordinating each step. Their combined experience and positive attitude gave us complete confidence in their work and made doing business with Lifetime Remodeling a pleasure!

We have an old "farmhouse" craftsman from 1909 that hasn't seen a lot of care in a number of years, and so it was time to redo the siding, get it painted, and rework the porch. Our neighbor had used Lifetime and so we contacted them for the job. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them as it all worked out beautifully. The porch work ended up being complicated because the posts holding up the front of the second floor weren't particularly structural. We had to work through a lot of issues as we went along, but the carpenters we worked with were fantastic about communicating what needed to be done as well as listening to how we wanted it to go. In the end we had the entire front porch rebuilt, the siding done, new window trim, new front stairs, a tongue & groove cedar ceiling installed on the porch and paint. It was a big job but I really couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We planned for an exterior remodel for years before finally pulling the trigger. It was a huge project for us and we are extremely happy with the end result (see before & after pics). Gino and his Lifetime Crew were amazing to work with. To say i am "picky" and "detail oriented" is an understatement :) Yet they accommodated all my requests with lots of patience, hard work, care and craftsmanship. They were 100% committed to making sure we were happy - that's not easy to find these days! Our house looks great and we are so happy we chose to work with Gino and LRS.

This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a home project! Two sides of our house needed siding, and we weren't sure whether we should just side the whole house or replace the cedar siding on the two sides. I got several bids, but was very impressed with Ryan's straightforward assessment of our needs and responsiveness. He also recommended a great gutter company that got our gutters replaced prior to the siding job starting. Ryan was our project manager, too, and he was caring, responsive, proactive, and extremely attentive to detail. He kept in communication with me daily during the project. When issues came up, they were immediately addressed, and the job was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. The folks doing the work were very conscientious of our property, and did an excellent job on the siding and with clean-up each day. After the siding and painting were done, Ryan did a walkthrough for any last touch-ups and had everything fixed to our satisfaction. The house is beautiful, and we are incredibly happy customers. I look forward to working with Lifetime on our next big project - the kitchen!

Very well! A Lifetime Remodeling (LRS) representative came to our house and made a thorough inspection and got back to us with an estimate within a few days, one of three estimates we got on the job. We went with LRS because of the price (middle of the three we obtained) and their reputation. The LRS team started the project on the date they gave us. Estimated time for the entire job was 3 to 4 weeks, and it was completed in 4 weeks (we lost most of one week's work to snow in the Southwest Hills). The team was very professional and efficient. They quickly removed the vinyl siding and original siding and disposed of it. At the end of every day, they cleaned up as much as was feasible. They never left a mess that impeded us in any way. What was most impressive was their installation of the HardiePlank siding. Each plank was carefully cut to measure and installed beautifully. Our house looks like new! The very few, relatively minor issues that came up--mainly inadequate flashing around the deck that was installed after the vinyl siding had been installed--and the proposed solutions were explained to me in detail. The remedial work was accomplished for a very fair price. This was a large job (our house is on a steep slope and drops down nearly 30 ft in the back) and it was done on time and on budget. The LRS team--from owner Gino Streano through every member of the team that worked on our house--were uniformly professional and highly competent. Their work on our house was outstanding!

Our project manager was Ryan and he was the best. From the bid process through the completion of the project, he was always available to answer my questions in a timely manner (evenings and weekends!) and was always checking in with us and on the job site. Ryan handled every aspect of the process from the bid through final payment, which made things painless. The project started earlier than expected - a nice surprise. The guys who did the work were super friendly and worked quickly. The siding and window trim work is impeccable and I couldn't be happier with the end result. We could only afford to do one wall of the house (that was in really bad shape), but we will definitely use this company again when we're ready to do the rest of the house. Oh, and they cleaned up the work area really well at the end. Super great experience with this company and would absolutely hire them again.

Excellent. The crew were professional and cleaned up everything in the evenings. The quality of the work was excellent, and Gino was very responsive whenever I texted or emailed him. We love the look or our “new” home.

Initial estimate was given quickly. After down payment on the project, communication was lacking. We did not know when the work would start and we had to initiate contact right up until a few days before the project began. Once work began, we were thoroughly impressed. The crew worked fast and efficiently and cleaned up the clutter at the end of each day. The workers were friendly and worked to keep us happy as we asked questions and pointed out our concerns. Quality of the work is truly incredible. Our 1974 house looks brand new on the outside now.

The project went well, and the work was excellent. Gino is an good communicator, and has an eye for quality that I really appreciate. He noticed all of the small things that I did, and a few more. I was pretty meticulous. His crew arrived on time, and worked hard and took great care in their job. They gave us a lot of options and also gave sound advice when we weren't sure of the best option to take. During the course of the project, we ran through a couple of bumps, which is normal for such a large project, and Gino and his crew handled everything in stride, and made sure that I was satisfied with every detail of the project, all the way to the finish. Part of my reason for who I chose, was looking through their feedback, and not expecting perfection, but in stead, seeing how others commented on how they worked through challenges. If you read enough of these reviews, you see that Gino is willing to work diligently to make his customers happy. I got the same excellent service that was mentioned in many of these reviews. Lifetime is an excellent company, with personable workers that were easy to talk to, and easy to work with. I have already recommended Lifetime to friends of mine, and I will continue to in the future.
