Description of Work: Originally I purchased a coupon from Angie's list because I was seeking patio work to be done and needed a company to draw up some plans. I found lifestyle designs on Angie's list and immediately sent an email to the company asking them to contact me. I never received a response so then I called. Left a message. And called again and still no answer. This company has never returned my messages and I am highly disappointed in the money I have now wasted on this company. I also am hesitate to use Angie's list again due to this experience.

 + -1 moreBrent tried to get Timber Tech to pay for repairs and they claimed it was installation errors. I sent photos proving it was material failure and not installation. Brent has not followed up.
Description of Work: Installed a large Timber Tech deck. Timber Tech claims department failed to honor claim and said it was improper installation.
