Let’s Remodel delivered exactly what we hoped for with our master bath and powder bath remodels. The team is professional, reliable, trustworthy, and very pleasant to work with. Polina was great at taking our input and turning it into a beautiful design. We left all of the design and color choices up to her, and we are very glad we did! The end result was better than what we imagined was possible. We also appreciated that she was very invested in the design and made sure that it was followed perfectly during construction. Pavel managed the construction, and we immediately felt comfortable in trusting him with our home. In fact, we were comfortable enough to have them start construction while we were away on an extended vacation. A schedule was provided and updated online, and photos were posted as they made progress. The project was completed on time as promised, and the quality of work was excellent. Pavel has a calm and professional manner that gives you confidence that you made the right choice! One thing that really stands out to me is the effort that the entire team made to complete our powder bath earlier than scheduled in time for a holiday party. We didn’t even ask them to do that, but once they found out about the party they made a massive effort to get it done in time. We would definitely go back to Let’s Remodel for any future remodeling projects.

We am so happy with our beautiful new bathroom! Polina, Pavel and Rachel were a delight to work with. From start to finish they were professional, responsive, helpful and guided us through the process. They maintained the time line they presented to us during the consultation and contract phase of the project. During the project when they encountered an obstacle, they came to us with that information and already had a solution in mind. We recently moved into an older high-rise condo in downtown Portland. We decided to replace the showers, tub, and countertops in both bathrooms as well as change/add some lighting throughout the unit. We learned about Let's Remodel from online customer surveys. We brought our ideas, preferences, and tile samples and Rachel and Pavel helped us with further advice on the design, tile selection, and plumbing fixture possibilities. From the first time we met Pavel and Rachel to the last brush of paint, we found Pavel Perju and his entire team to be friendly, helpful, expertly knowledgeable, professional, careful, respectful, dependable, and flexible. We are completely pleased with the transformation they performed on our bathrooms. Let's Remodel was not the cheapest bid we received, but we believe their performance was worth every penny we paid them. Our project was made more complicated by the limitations of working in a multi-story building with concrete walls, ceilings, and floors. Our HOA rules and procedures also added to the complexity in terms of work approval and permitting, permissible work hours and days, security procedures, elevator use, and hauling off all garbage. Pavel and his team were entirely cooperative and accepting of these limitations. Each and every subcontractor was a perfectionist about the quality of their work and the cleanliness of the work site. Beyond our complete satisfaction with the project outcome, we actually enjoyed having them in our home.

So far we have had several visits to take measurements and plan how things will progress. The demo and start will be soon. We paid a deposit at this point.

Let's remodel did everything they promised to do. The owner came out and finished one aspect of the project. It went well. i would recommend them to anyone. They are conscientious and take pride in the finished product.

Let's Remodel was punctual and reliable, which I greatly appreciate. The gentleman who did the tile work was extremely hard working and paid attention to detail. We discovered an unexpected air ventilation pipe that ran up the back shower wall, which affected the original plan for the shower niche, but Pavel figured out a way around the problem so I could still have a shower niche on the back wall. Rachel in the showroom was very helpful with determining what tile to pick within my budget. Also, the BuilderTrend app that Let's Remodel sets up for customers is a great way to keep documents for the project in order and to keep up to date on the project. My bathroom looks fantastic! VERY WELL! Communication was superb and open: complete with floor plan change, décor selection from tiles, to cabinets and counter tops, flooring, paint fixtures, handles, etc. The subs did fantastic work and were professional to be performing their tasks in our home. Pavel and Polina worked with us as though our home was their home.

It was a kinda of a bad experience it took several weeks to get the work done lack of communication and tried to bill me the Angie's price list that I already pad the same price again plus material again. I wasn't there when they did the final install maybe the low grades from the gal we were trying to stay in contact with she was trying to give us ideas on what to do and it would be a week or 2 of time before we would hear back from her. I would not use again in the future. There person I was dealing with never showed up a lot of the time, dropped off parts or sample and never came back to pick up or stopped back to ask out opinion or anything.

We are very happy with our new kitchen, bathroom and floors. Pavel and his crew were very professional and provided quality work. We like that it is a one stop shop - we only have to deal with Pavel throughout the whole process and this makes everything runs smoother.. Pavel is very easy to reach and responds promptly to our questions and concerns. Just like any remodel, it was spendy but well worth it.

I'm going to break this down by review category so the rationale for each grade is clear. At the time the final payment was delivered, I discussed these assessments at length with Let's Remodel and I was very happy that they were receptive to having the conversation. In addition they also mentioned that they were aware of some of these systemic issues and were working to hire a project manager to remedy them. Price: A. We felt the price was reasonable considering the amount of work performed as well as the quality of the workmanship. Quality: A. The quality of the work that Let's Remodel performed for us was absolutely fantastic; we are really happy with how the tile came out in particular, but their work on fixing our sewer line and installing the new fixtures was also great. Responsiveness: D. It was difficult for us to stay up to date on what was going on during the remodel. Before the remodeling began, we were told that we'd be using an online system for job coordination. We were told to expect that this system would be used for everything from daily progress updates to photos of the job site to contract modifications in the event of any unforeseen costs or new work. However, once the job began, the online portal was hardly used at all and we had to contact the job organizer daily to find out what work had been performed (since we couldn't tell from looking at the bathroom). It would have been more helpful if we had gotten updates proactively, either by phone or by the online management system. In addition, we're rating responsiveness low because the turnaround time on getting questions answered in adequate detail was difficult, especially when the answers might have had a big impact on the job. Punctuality: D. Agreeing on work hours was very difficult. We originally agreed on a daily start time of 9 AM. A day later, we were told that the workers needed to come earlier, at 8:30 AM, so we began getting up even earlier to get out of the bathroom before work would begin. (This is our only bathroom.) However, we consistently found that no workers actually arrived until well after 8:30, making us feel like it was a waste of effort to get up earlier to accommodate them. On another occasion, a worker showed up at our house unannounced on a Sunday and we were not expecting him, and it was further complicated by the fact that we could not speak his language so we could not communicate with him about what he needed or what work he had arrived to perform. This was apparently unplanned with the job coordinator so there was apparently poor communication that left us feeling anxious that someone could show up at any time. Professionalism: D. Some work performed on our job was not authorized. The contract we signed had an itemized list of work to be performed. The contract stated that new work would have to be authorized by us via a contract modification. But there was some work performed on our job that was not on that list and we did not find out about it until I went to pay the final bill at the showroom. Our interactions with the showroom staff were professional and helpful, and we felt like we were in good hands during that time. Casey in particular was great about answering our many questions and educating us about tile and grout options and how the job would proceed. Ultimately, the work performed was top-notch and we are very happy with the results. But the road to getting there was stressful due to poor communication during the remodeling phase, not sticking to the agreed-upon work hours, and not following contractual procedure.

They did a great job and the service they provide was exactly what they advertised. I only took a few days to get everything scheduled. The did the demo and installation in the same day and I was impressed the team showed up early for the appointment. When I called they were responsive. I would definite use them again

They were hard to work with. It would have been much easier to have been my own contractor. They made many amateur mistakes that were tiresome to have remedied. Wet room floors were installed with cracks in seems (never repaired by them), the wrong grout was used for tile, wrong tile was put on the walls. It was exhausting to get them to honor their "guarantee of quality". During work our property was damaged-scratches and dents in freshly painted walls and woodwork, two mirrors were damaged, and moulding completly removed that was expressly not to have been touched in the original agreement, all of which caused additional work, expenses and headaches for me. The worksite was left for me to clean-what a mess! It was a relief when they were finally off the worksite. (In the end it took an addional $5000 to have another contractor come in and fix their mistakes.) Good ridance!

Looks great. Felt a little as though we got snookered on the allowance for tile. Virtually ONLY white standard subway tile was available for this price. Which we got because it is a current look. Otherwise the work is well done and at much less hassle than if we had done ourselves.

The bid came back outlandishly higher than two other bids I received from long-established contractors---who even offered higher-quality cabinetry. The bid I accepted from another company was $7,800, for excellent quality work and products. The bid from Let's Remodel was $16,000+!

I have mixed feelings. I felt like they dropped the ball a few times, but they generally made it right, so... I showed them the color I wanted, so I felt like matching that color was harder than it should have been, but we ended up with a good one. They left lines in the finish, but they came back and fixed it. They left stain on the white baseboards, but they paid to have them painted. The price was good, so I'm generally happy with the outcome, in spite of the bumps in the road.

It was a pleasure to work with Pavel. He was on time for our appointments and made polite suggestions of his own ideas. I had a concept of what the new bathroom would look like and showed Pavel the pictures I got off Pinterest. We combined our ideas, and my newly remodeled bathroom turned out beautifully. Pavel’s crew demolished the old vanity, tore down a pocket door wall and removed the tub and toilet. He built a tiled walk-in shower, a custom vanity and a varnished wood barn door that separates the bathroom from the bedroom. Pavel used quality material and was responsive to my feedback throughout the project. The result exceeded my expectations, and I could not be happier with the end product.

What a pleasure it was to work with Let's Remodel and its owner, Pavel. All of the projects were completed with excellent quality and way above my expectations. He and his teams were always on time, always prepared and never left any incomplete work. The area they worked on was always left clean after completion. I have been very pleased with Let's Remodel. They were recommended to me by an acquaintance. In a nutshell, they provided a bid; told me what they were going to do and then did it. In more detail, they came to my rescue as we decided at the last minute o refinish our wood floors in a home that we were planning to renovate and sell. We said ‘yes let’s do it’; then we waffled; then reconsidered again and decided to go ahead. Let’s Remodel wasn’t really available, but they moved jobs around to accommodate us with very short notice. The work was beautifully done with no interruption to the other projects being worked on in the house. We couldn’t be happier with the result and we recommend them without hesitation.

For the scope and size of our project, this remodel with Let's Remodel went exceedingly well. Everything was built above and beyond our expectations for quality. We fully remodeled a kitchen, removed a load bearing wall, remodeled two bathrooms to include floor heat, and built and exterior mudroom with floor heat as an addition. Pavel and Polina from Let's Remodel have an excellent eye for detail, and were incredibly helpful in offering suggestions and advice before and throughout our project. And we know all the necessary permits and documentation was properly filed with the city for our project, which is very comforting. Like any big remodel on an old craftsman style home, we did encounter some unexpected issues, but the Let's Remodel crew was always quick to respond with multiple options that kept us moving forward on track with timing and budget. We are very please with our new remodeled home, and look forward to enjoying it for years to come. I would certainly recommend Let's Remodel for any home project.

It was a pleasure to work with Let's Remodel. We enjoyed combining our ideas with Pavel's good sense of design. The result was great. The company did a clean demolition of the existing bathroom and kept the dust and mess out of the rest of the house for most of the project. The quality of work was excellent, particularly with regard to matching trim and wall textures. Pavel worked hard to coordinate subcontractors and his own workers and finished on schedule. His online calendar was helpful in tracking the work and he was good about calling to let us know when workers were to be here. We were living in the house throughout construction and able to use the bathroom at night. We were a little disappointed at the amount of dust toward the end of the job. It would be good to be clear on who is responsible for covering things in other rooms to reduce the spread of dust. As in any contracted work be sure to read and understand the contract, see that the payment plan is appropriate, and that start and finish dates are clearly stated. We were able to work with Pavel on this and make minor adjustments in the contract.
