+ -1 moreIt went fine, except there was a delay in trimming the azaleas. The gardeners did not trim the azaleas as per our agreement, so I had to contact them and ask them to come back. Initially, their response was to send me a reminder that they don't work with bushes over eight feet. My response was that none of the azaleas were past hip height. Then they asked me to send me a photo, and I responded that that would be a problem, and could they just take my word for it. So eventually they sent someone out to trim the azaleas, and the bushes looked good afterward. On the plus side, they were very responsive to e-mails, which I deeply appreciated.
Description of Work: Lawn Love mowed, edged, weeded the front lawn, and mowed the back lawn. They also blew off the pine needles off the sidewalk and driveway, and trimmed the azaleas.

+ -1 moreSorry told above. Lawn Love took almost a month to do nothing except cancel my account. I was baffled. How is this company in business?
Description of Work: Lawn Love scheduled and cancelled my services for the month of April three times saying the last I would get a 10℅ discount for my inconvenience. Then cancelled my whole service account, saying Lawn Love could not get any one to mow my lawn in my area. I live off Sunnyside Road near Sunnyside Elementary. Not an out of the way address. So my lawn 4 weeks longer, I found Green Lawn Care and my lawn work now done thru Home Advisor
