+ -1 moreLaurie helped me locate the house then very efficiently wrote up and explained all the paper work. She communicated well with everyone including me. At one point I needed a search for an oil tank done and the sellers didn't want the concrete drilled and patched. Laurie found someone to do a radar sweep so I got my search and the sellers got an umblemished patio.
Description of Work: Laurie helped me buy another rental. She met with inspectors, other agents, and title company people to make make the purchase go very smoothly.

+ -1 moreI hadn't bought a property in 12 years and really knew very little about real estate. She helped me stay focused on my goals and offered insights from her many years of experience. Laurie spoke her mind when she had reservations about a property and looking back I really appreciate that. Buying or selling property can be pretty stressful so I feel fortunate to have found someone so grounded to work with. Because I was the buyer, I did not pay for Laurie's services.
Description of Work: Laurie was my Realtor for 3 houses I bought as rental investments. She wrote solid contracts, addendums and helped with effective letters to the sellers. She arranged and attended to all the different inspections. She worked well with the sellers' Realtors and at all times was friendly and supportive. At one point I was actually buying 2 house at the same time while living 100 miles away at the coast and she made a quite complicated process go smoothly.
