+ -1 moreOverall, every experience has been great with Langenwalter. A particular instance is when I watched a friends dog who proceeded to pee and poop on my oriental carpet. Kim Krieger worked and worked with her associate to get every trace of the spots out and the carpet is restored like new. I am most pleased.
Description of Work: I have had Langenwalter both clean and dye carpets for me in my business of refurbishing and selling homes. Kim, the owner, is excellent at her work. She pays attention to detail and spot cleaning and making sure the carpets are almost dry from the steam cleaning and removing moisture process. She is unsurpassed in her ability to match carpet color to damaged carpet. Her skill has helped me save so much in carpet replacement. It is a true talent I have never found anyone else to have.
