Very well. Lakai is responsive and he and his workers were very good. He figured out a great solution to correcting several uneven areas in walkway and left us with pathways that are safe and even.

Recently, I had a sports court constructed in my backyard. Turnkey estimates were far too expensive. I opted to subcontract the work myself and saved a lot of money. I am especially pleased with the cement work that included the slab and uni-pour retaining wall. Lakai (from Lakai Concrete, 503-328-4223) and his crew did an amazing job, meeting all my very specific concrete requirements. His pricing was very fair and reasonable as I had 9 different bids. You will not be disappointed with Lakai. I highly recommend him and his crew and I would definitely hire him again!

Lakai was very responsive, and his team did a great job in removing the old concrete, setting forms and pouring and stamping all in one day. The stamped concrete looks great and we can't wait for it to cure and be able to use it.

Went well. Lakai did a great job & was very reasonably priced. They jackhammered and removed old concrete pad then poured new 4 inch thick concrete pad with rebar throughout. Cleaned up afterwards. Gave me very good bid price and Completed in timely manner.

Lakai is responsive, timely & delivers as promised! We are new to the PNW & had to have our back patio area demolished & redone after French drains were installed. This required some timing issues which I was dreading. Lakai was one of several contractors who responded through Angi. What a wonderful find!! Lakai demolished the existing patio& cleared it. The old patio had split & was breaking away toward a neighboring area. The demo uncovered rebar that was attached to nothing!! Lakai was able to return the following week after the drainage contractors completed their steps. We have a beautiful new patio with tied in rebar that matches the existing exposed concrete walkway very nicely. Lakai came in as the most reasonable bid & did a beautiful job. Lakai concrete; is a smaller company that is still able to provide the customer care and attention that is needed for homeowners. After the posting of our job, Lakai was the first to call and was able to schedule time that day after I got back from work. As a business owner, I see this to be very important when quoting a new job, it shows care for their reputation as a company. Lakai, provided a schedule that was followed as best as they could, even when having to deal with the inspectors. They followed all the design requirements and regulations required by our county, and the job passed inspections with no problems.
