Description of Work: Lorry has done a lot of work for us over the years. This time he was putting insulation around pipes and the water heater, plus weather stripping. But he has also installed a complicated lock set on our front door, and many other jobs over the years.

Description of Work: I hired Mr Hansen to remodel my bathroom, a job that he assured me would take 5-7 days. I fired him on the 13th day when he announced he was taking a vacation. He did not use any visqueen or drop cloths, so he dusted my entire house and scratched my wood floor. He cut 18 inches out of a floor joist without reinforcing it. He installed marmoleum with the wrong mastic and had to take it out but refused to replace the marmoleum. He plumbed the toilet drain such that the toilet tank was flush against the sheetrock and the tank lid wouldn't fit. He left the toilet in my one-bathroom house out for 9 days, then blamed the city for not coming out to inspect the plumbing. He put up the tile in the tub surround crooked, so he had to redo it. The second time wasn't plumb or level, and the tiles began falling off. He knocked plaster off the walls in the adjoining room, oversprayed texture into the hall and onto the hardware, and made huge messes without cleaning up after himself daily.
