Krista was a lifesaver! We had to move on short notice and I was very stressed about getting the house ready to sell. We moved and Krista handled everything! She got the house ready to sell (arranging for cleaning, yard work, staging!) Even handled a pretty large sewer repair! We received multiple offers within days of the house going on the market!

Krista was great and I highly recommend her! We live in a very "hot" real estate market where houses get sold in a couple of days with multiple offers. So it was very intimidating to be a buyer in this kind of market. Krista was very patient and responded right away to any message I sent her, even if it was a stupid question. I think we looked at 20 houses, maybe more. I never felt rushed with her. We were searching for a modest priced house, so I'm certain she had more affluent buyers, but we never felt like we weren't important because we weren't buying a super expensive house. I always felt like she had our "back" and best interests in mind and wasn't just waiting for her commission. I'd absolutely hire her again as an agent.

It went great. Lily was very helpful and responsive. We purchased our first home and are really happy with how everything came together. We met with Lily to see the houses and she was very flexible with our schedules. We saw Krista one time during the inspection process but her expertise was available if we needed it. They also made a few recommendations on service providers in the area which we really appreciated since we had a few projects to complete on the house.

From start to finish, Krista was with us every step of the way as we purchased our first home. We came away feeling like we got lucky finding Krista. She is such a joy to work with, and she ALWAYS has her clients' best interests in mind. As first time home buyers, we leaned on Krista and her expertise throughout the process, and Krista was always willing to talk us through every scenario and lay out all of our options so that we could make the most informed decision. Countless times throughout our home search, we looked at each other and said "it feels like we're her only clients" - because she's always there for you. From her attention to detail, responsiveness, positive demeanor, etc., we couldn't have found a better partner to work with. If you're just starting the process and looking for an agent, we'd recommend Krista a thousand times over.

Fantastic. Krista is friendly and responsive and was available at most hours via phone, email or text message. She was actively looking out for my interests, and noticed a substantial over-payment in the escrow at closing that she worked to get refunded for me. Even after closing, she coordinated with an electrical contractor to correct an oversight on the previous owner's part after I moved in. Her office even sent someone to meet the electrician when he had to reschedule and I had to work. Highly recommended.

After interviewing two other realtors before Krista, I knew as soon as I met her she was the right realtor for us. She is smart and personable, came prepared with market research. She staged our small house beautifully, and she helped us not only price our house right, but her suggestions and staging secured us multiple offers over asking price. Within five days of listing the home was pending. Throughout the process, Krista has been available to answer questions, basically immediately. And she 's not above pulling out the refrigerator when trying to solve a home mystery. She is upbeat, professional, and lays out the facts. In my opinion, the ideal real estate agent! Krista is a consummate professional and I would NEVER consider using anyone else for my real estate transactions!! She made a very difficult house purchase go as smoothly as possible and is the reason I'm sitting in my home today. She was extremely timely in her responses, contacted and negotiated with the seller for repairs and closing dates, smoothed out issues with the lender, and was just an all-around amazing advocate for me as the purchaser. The situation we were in was a bit stressful as we needed to sell our house quickly due to illness and resulting finance issues. It wasn't an easy situation Krista stepped into but she handled everything in stride, provided a calming voice of reason, and managed to get a confirmed offer on our house, for more than we expected, in less than a week. The closing process was also a bit stressful due to the buyers needing time extensions to secure their loan. Throughout the process Krista was awesome. She handled every question or issue we had quickly and in a manner you would expect out of a friend. If you need to buy or sell a house, it's nice to have a friend help you, but it's much more satisfying and comforting to have an extraordinarily competent friend help you. I wouldn't think of talking to anyone other than Krista if I was in need of real estate assistance in the future. She did a fantastic job and really made us feel good about the whole process.

I recently I purchased my first home in Portland. Although I wasn't a total stranger to the process, I definitely had a lot of questions and concerns about the fine points. I asked friends and family in the area for recommendations on who to use as my real estate agent. I then contacted several different firms and independent agents. I reviewed agents by method of phone conversations, online reviews and face to face meetings. I found a striking difference in the half dozen agents I contacted. All were courteous and professional of course but some fell short of the mark and were unable to assure me with the confidence I wanted to move forward. Krista was totally different, I emailed her a very generic first email that basically said who I was, what I wanted in an agent and asked if she was interested in my business. Shortly later I received a very well drafted message that read well and overflowed with the confidence I was seeking. Right away I knew Krista was the ticket. We did some emailing and talking on the phone outlining what I wanted in my new home and she and her lovely assistant also named Krista went right to work sending me listings. Of course not all the listings fit my desire but they worked with me to hone in on what I wanted and what I needed. I spent a few weeks just reading the listings, reviewing the different areas (I did not have a set area I was targeting). We set up a Saturday to go view 8 or so homes, and hit the road. She personally set up a logical route between the houses. Some were "meh" and some were great but not right for me. THEN! We pulled up to a house in deep SE Portland (almost Happy Valley) and I was very interested. The house was "Super 70's" and badly in need of updating but very unique and I was interested. I poked around the house for about 30 minutes and we moved on. I kept my interest to myself... didn't want to seem over eager, but the house felt right to me. 2 houses later Krista told me there was an offer on one of the houses we had looked at - Go figure it was the one I liked. I told Krista "I want you to get me that house please". Her and I talked quickly through our car windows and we agreed upon an amount to submit as an offer. She put in the offer then and there and the rest was history. The inspection came back with no major surprises and she walked me through everything along the way. She had previously referred me to a mortgage broker which I will write about in a separate review - He was nothing short of outstanding. I've been in the house for three months and I am happy to say that I love it more and more everyday. Thank you Krista!

Krista has lots of experience in the field and at ever juncture provided sound advice. The sale was swift and smooth. On more than one occasion Krista went beyond normal expectations to handle matters while I was traveling both in terms of getting necessary documents to me electronically and making arrangements for the entry of painters, etc. I highly recommend Krista.
