Kimberly's Cleaning Services

The first time cleaning was fine; not great but fine. Each time thereafter, KImberly's basic cleaning was really poor. Additionally, she was at least 20 minutes late each week, sometimes longer, without even a phone call or an "I am sorry!". She would leave early but wanted full payment with promises of staying longer the next time, but she never did. I tried to work with her because it is a pain to try and get someone else lined up and show them around, where the supplies are etc.. but finally she became impossible to even try to work with. Kim is what I would call a lazy cleaner, doing just the very minimal to get by and get out. I told her if she felt like she needed more time to clean the house we would gladly pay her more but she said the time was fine. She wasn't understanding that she wasn't getting things clean - so we decided to be direct with her and she was completely rude and unprofessional, getting very defensive, when we were walking all over ourselves to be nice and polite. Shortly after her last visit, I started missing a few items too so we promptly stopped using her services.

Kimberly was right on time for the appointment and I could tell by the way she looked at my home that she knew how to clean professionally. I have had a cleaning service bi-weekly for two years and had become unhappy with their service. Kimberly could see right away what needed to be done. She came right on time for a thorough cleaning and even though she spent an hour more than she quoted, she charged me the same price she quoted. I have hired her to do a bi-weekly house cleaning on the spot! This is a delightfully christian woman who keeps to her task professionally while being very friendly.

My wife has been out of town for 3 1/2 weeks and I have been living the bachelor life in full glory. Thank heavens that Kimberly came well recommended and on time. She and her crew were quick, efficient and thorough and the price was half of what the bigger and better known services had estimated.
