Kim is an expert realtor. She is extremely patient, she made sure we understood all the details for the first place we bought in the U.S. It was so positive experience to work with Kim, she was always available to show properties even in non-standard hours, she did all the relevant research for any place we took her, she always provides recommendation base on knowledge and facts. After my mother passed away, I was referred to Kim Childs by the realtor I had used several times in California to purchase and sell various properties there. It turned out to be a wonderful match! As I do not live in the area, Kim and her assistant Katie took over much of the work needed on the property and worked closely with the homeowners association to answer buyers questions, secure common area repairs, and provide necessary documentation from the HOA. Our working styles blended perfectly and except for our initial meeting and one other quick visit, all of our communication was either by telephone or e-mail. Her use of Docusign enabled me to legally sign most required documents on line as well. She has an excellent capacity to market and stage property, garnering for my sisters and I an excellent price for the property and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the area.
