Description of Work: Hung up on me when I was speaking with him. He didn't want to do the repairs, and hung up on me when I asked if he could refer me to someone else.

 + -1 moreKelman provided a detailed quote. Arrived on time at the negotiated appointment. Worked independently caring about cleanliness along the way. Workmanship was excellent and all tools and materials were provided. Did an excellent job of explaining the plan and how it was executed. Followed up with an invoice billing.
Description of Work: I had a laundry list of things I needed done at my newly purchased home. Everything from a jiggly toilet handle to deck and porch refinishing. Kelman did lock changes, siding repair, room painting and consulted on my many questions about home maintenance and ownership.
