Description of Work: I was referred to Chris by a realtor friend whom I had asked for a window washing referral. Chris gave me a phone estimate based on the number of windows to be washed and arrived at the scheduled time to do the job. He was FANTASTIC! Not only did he spotlessly clean all my windows inside and outside the house, but he cleaned all the window tracks and removed and brushed all the window screens. He also cleaned my garage windows and my basement windows as well as my sliding glass doors and screen door. He also helped me remove a couple of security company stickers that were no longer accurate. Everything was SPOTLESS! I've had others do my windows and never did they go all out like Chris. There is no one better and I will definitely use him again.

Description of Work: I used KC General Maintenance & Contractor’s LLC last summer to fix a wall where mice were getting trapped and dying. So he took some drywall off and matched the textures.

Description of Work: Had Chris install OC 6.25 " Fiberglass Insulation beneath the existing floor above the crawl space of a 1700 sf Ranch, and then seal it off with a vapor barrier of Visqueen which I had purchased previously for this job. Also had them place braces {Simpson Strong Tie Brackets to post & Beam system} under the house as a partcial seismic upgrade.

Description of Work: Chris cleaned all the roof moss off the roof with a pressure washer and cleaned the gutters downspouts and all the concrete driveway and siding. I also had Chris clean the windows, inside and out. He also dusted and vacuumed inside the home/office with many obstacles in his way. He seemed cheerful and presents a well-trained professional attitude through what I saw as a difficult job.
