+ -1 morewhen I contacted the owner with my complaints he was very blasé fair about the whole thing. His main concern was how much money he was going to lose on the deal, even went through the numbers with me of what this was costing him. None of that had anything to do with me. I told him I just want to somebody come pick up the units give me a refund.He gave me his word that the technician would be at my home at 9 AM this morning it is now 930 I called the shop technician knows nothing about it and George the owner is unavailable for comment. I am furious! They have given me their words several times only to not come through, and I have gotten the runaround for this entire experience. I missed an entire day of work waiting for them on Wednesday, and now I am missing more work because he did not do what he said he would do. This is terrible business practices! When a brand this business it was decent. His son is running it into the ground! He was supposed to call me back 20 minutes ago. He is still ignoring me and the whole situation. I've never been so disappointed! I am also going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Description of Work: Terrible experience! I bought a used washer and dryer set from them. When I bought it it was dirty and they said it is just been rebuilt and they would have a detail. When it arrived it was filthy dirty. The delivery drivers were supposed to be at my house between 830 and nine he didn't show up until after 5 PM. They we're filthy dirty and acting like they were on drugs and did property damage trying to look at the units. They didn't have the proper tools or supplies with them to get the job done. They couldn't even do a proper test run on the equipment.
