They were excellent. We have had the product for years now. They were timely. It still looks good 2 years later. They had a good finance program. They made the house look like a house.

One of my concerns prior to ordering the windows was the outside caulking. We had a couple windows replaces before and the caulking was awful. Well - these windows also had blurpy white caulking which stood out against or brown house. I had to get up on the extension ladder and paint all around the windows so they would not look so tacky. Also, the windows have some kine of coating in them so they are not clear glass. Didn't realize that looking at the small samples. I don't think this is the type of window I would prefer if re-doing the front windows in the house. We replaced 2 bedroom and one vanity bath window in the back of the house.

The service on the contractor's end was really good; the workers did the best they could with what they had. My issue was with the management of the company. Their staff was not really honest. I ran into issues where they were supposed to give me interest free for the remaining balance, but they ended up running the amount through someone else and signing me up for a credit card with high interest. Had I known they would do this, I would have paid in full up front. The work took longer than expected. I felt bad for the guy doing the job because I don't think he had the right amoung of help. I wouldn't recommend them, and if I had to do it over again I certainly wouldn't do it with them. The management promised more than they could deliver for the cost. When I tried to speak to them about the salesman, a manager told me not to "beat a dead horse."

WE HAD A NUMBER OF DOORS TO CHOOSE FROM AND THEY ARE ALL HIGH QUALITY. THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND EVERYTHING LOOKED GREAT WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.

THE WORK CREW SHOWED UP 2 DAYS AFTER THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED. IT TOOK 3 DAYS FOR 3 GUYS TO COMPLETELY CHANGE THE LOOK OF OUR HOUSE. IT WAS DONE FAST, CLEAN, AND NO HASSLES.

WINDOWS ARE VERY NICE. LOOK GOOD, BLOCKS OUT THE SUN, HEAT, COLD AND NOISE. THE COMPANY INSTALLS WINDOWS, SLIDING DOORS AND VINYL SIDING. THEY ALSO DO INTERIOR REMODELING.
