The whole processes is/was a disaster. He is very unprofessional. Our needs & wants were NOT met, nor did he accept responsibility for anything he did wrong. He used a jackhammer to break up the cement to install a support brace (per State of Oregon) and when he did he went thru the Radiant Floor Pipes. He said he fixed it, but when I turn it on, water comes up thru the cement flooring, padding & carpet. I do not know if there is any mold from the moisture or not, but he has not/does not take responsibility for anything. After doing some research, he owns at least 3 companies, 2 out of the 3 do not have a CCB with a customer complaints on one of his other companies called Bridge City LLc. Please review [*** Link removed ***] for that complaint. I also have complained on Facebook, Yelp, his employers facebook page (In-line Commercial Construction, Aloha, Oregon), as well as other contractor professional websites.
