The workers were friendly but not very motivated. Their method of loading the items into their truck wasn't very efficient and a lot of "dead" space was unused. They charge by the load so this is important . I appreciate that they honored their senior discount. I was offended when they asked for a gratuity for the workers when it came time to pay the bill. Are you kidding me? I paid too much for what I got and I had to constantly manage the situation and give directions to the workers. If I had not been on top of the process, they would have missed a lot of details.

Junk King called asked if they could come earlier than scheduled.Arrived at my house 10 minutes later and hauled all items away .Workers were friendly, professional and courteous.Junk King is very affordable and I highly recommend this company.Will definitely use them again.Thanks Junk King!

The job was done beyond my expectations. I received four estimates online through Angie's List, including one for $275! Junk King offered me a very reasonable price for my small job. They scheduled pickup the same day that I contacted their office. Best of all, Cody called 30 minutes BEFORE my two-hour window of time was to start to ask if he and his partner, James, could come early. They were only 8 minutes from my house. I was delighted. It took them only a few minutes to load the three planter boxes in their truck. These young men were clean cut, professional, efficient, and careful in my home. I could not have been more pleased, and so will you if and when you hire them.

It went really well. The pricing estimator using pickup truck equivalents worked well. It took me a minute or so on the web site to figure it out, but once I did the estimator was easy to use and effective. My estimate was close to the actual. Scheduling the appointment on line was easy. Junk King acknowledged the date and time very quickly. On the scheduled day, Junk King called ahead as promised and showed up right on time. The two men who handled the job (TJ and Devon) were great professionals. They estimated the job cost and explained how they reached that price. They worked quickly and efficiently, easily managed a large entertainment center, and were careful not to leave any items behind. They were easy guys to like.

Perfectly. Setting up the pickup via their website was really easy and I was instantly given a cost range based on what I specified for pickup. The crew called just before they arrived to confirm they were on the way. They arrived 10 minutes into the 2 hour pickup window, were super friendly and professional, and handled everything quickly. 10 out of 10 across the board. Really reasonable prices too.

It was incredibly easy to obtain a quote for the item we needed removed and to schedule a pickup for the following day. They called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way and arrived within the agreed upon window. Only took a few minutes for the item to be removed and I appreciated that they accepted multiple forms of payment, including credit cards. The two guys they sent were extremely polite and professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.
