+ -1 moreWe solicited a bid from Robert for drywall and painting work in our house (approximate value $3k). During the conversation, it quickly became evident that he did not have the skill set to complete the job. Additionally, he was unprofessional, too casual, arrogant, and unwilling to answer questions. When we told him we didn't feel it was a good fit, he threatened to file a complaint for work being done without a permit. And in fact he proceeded to do so, as his means of retaliation for not being selected for the job. Of course, as he well knows how to drywall a ceiling does not require a permit. I strongly recommend that anyone steer very clear of this vicious, unstable person, who appears to have a unique business development tactic of harassment and baseless threats.
Description of Work: Hanging and mudding drywall; painting.
