+ -1 moreRequested estimate on 2-3 jobs in our home and on our property. I called Jon twice, both times reached him and spoke with him directly. The first time he agreed to come to our home on the weekend to give an estimate, said he would contact us with a time. I called him mid morning on Sunday to see if there was a time that would work for him and he told me that he had plans with his family and hadn't had a chance to call to let me know he wouldn't be able to come out to provide the estimate. At that time he said that he could likely come by on Wednesday afternoon and, again, he would call with a time. He never called in follow-up.
Description of Work: Requested estimate on 2-3 natural gas jobs in our home and on our property.
