John replaced an outdoor faucet, repaired pipes damaged due to freezing, replaced a shut off valve under the kitchen sink, and changed a kitchen faucet cartridge, all before noon. The quality if his work is excellent and is reasonably priced. I highly recommend John D Pluming.

Late in the day, I noticed the lowest toilet in the house was gurgling whenever anyone was using water. It was nearly 6 PM so most the plumbers were closed or not picking up the phone. But not John. He picked up, asked me some smart questions, had me check the cleanout pipe and expertly diagnosed the problem over the phone. The drain pipe from the house to the septic tank had become clogged. Even though it was now after 6, he offered to come right over. He used one of those motorized drain snakes through the cleanout pipe, got it unplugged and everything immediately started working normally again. John saved the day!

Excellent work, it was necessary to cut drywall in house to access problem. The job was completed efficiently and I was very satisfied with the work.

John was very responsive by text and understood my issue immediately. I had to get a part from a company ( Franke Instant Water Heater ) and as soon as it arrived , he preformed the work. I actually researched and called 9 plumbers, all of whom had appointments 10-14 days out. Perhaps John did as well, but he was the only one who asked to see a picture and explain what I needed to get before he came over. HIs price was in line with first hour rate of most plumbers I called ( except for those that charge flat rate per job - have no idea of what they would have charged) He was easy to communicate with and I would definitely call him again.

A few weeks back, I opened up the doors under our sink and saw a leak. I am terribly afraid of water leaks in the house as they can create a ton of damage. I was leaving for a business trip and called John D from the airport and texted him pictures of the issues. He was literally able to come over that afternoon and solved the problem in less than an hour and replaced the valves that went bad. Fast forward one month - I go outside and see a leak by my hot water heater. Guess what, not going to mess with that. Called John at 8am on a Friday and sent pictures and he was at my house by 11:00 and completely installed a new water heater by 12:30. Amazing and awesome. Since John is just one person, I am sure he will not always be that quick as he may be somewhere else that day, but please give him a chance. He saved my hide and I am hoping I don't have to call him again soon :)

Very well. John was the second plumber I contacted. The first company was great for fast answe in an Email, however, they had no openings for service times for at least 8 days. John answered quickly and was able to come that same day. He determined what the problem was and went to work immediately. He had to first remove some of the damaged ceiling area and then cut out the copper drain line that had some holes in it. Pipe was replaced and we were back in business.

John arrived with the exact part I needed after I described the problem to him. He quickly determined what else needed to be done and fixed it. This is the second time he's been here for a plumbing problem and I have been impressed by his mastery of his craft and the care he takes to leave everything cleaned up and in its place when he finishes.

John responded to my request for help immediately and offered to come the next day. I scheduled him for a few days out and he arrived on time and very prepared. He explained everything he was doing and completed the job in less than an hour. He had me test the dishwasher before he left to esnure it worked properly. He was kind and professional and I will use him again when needed.

It was a major job, as the pipe and garbage disposal alignment was different on the new sink and the opening in the counter also needed to be enlarged. John did everything just right.

When I called his number, I got a message asking me to send a text. I expected that I would receive a call back, instead I got a series of three or four word texts. It took over a week to arrange a time for him to come out. Finally, we arranged by text to meet on Tuesday morning at 9am. On Tuesday morning at 9am, he did not show up. At 9:30am, he still had not shown up and had not called or text to say why. Finally at 9:40am, I received a two word text - "30 mins". After 30 minutes, he still had not arrived. (He lives within 10 miles of my house.) So,I texted to cancel and left for work. There are too many good plumbers in the area to waste your time with this guy. He clearly does not respect his customer's time.

John was great from our initial call to ask questions to quick scheduling and the actual install. Showed up on time, worked quickly, and was a great guy. Reasonably priced and very knowledgable and he also hauled the old toilets away. Would be happy to hire him again if I am ever in need of a plumber.

John showed up within hours and completed the job quickly. He' s very nice and knowledgeable.

He was punctual, friendly, and took care of business quickly and well. Everything was completed and he cleaned up the mess unclogging made.

John did a great job. When I called he happened to be available right away. He was able to determine that not only was our disposal leaking but so was our faucet. Everything was replaced or repaired quickly and his price was very reasonable. We would definitely use John again!

John moved the water line valve to a new more accessible location and used a more robust valve than was previously installed. John has done multiple plumbing activities for us (new water heater, clogged drain etc). He is always helpful and efficient and take time to explain the issue.

Great! He quickly diagnosed the problem and got right to work to fix it. (This is the second time we called him for service. Before, he skilfully replaced an old toilet.) We will be calling John for any future plumbing needs we have!

Great- in calling several plumbing companies found on Angie's list, most were not available for over a week. John was able to come in 2 days and fixed the issue in under 30 minutes. Update as of 11/04/2016 Unfortunately the faucet started leaking again after a couple of weeks. When trying to contact John to take another look, he was unresponsive so now we are stuck with a leaky faucet again.

We called John and told him our water heater wasn't working. He asked a few questions and then said he would be there late afternoon. He came earlier than we expected and put in the heater, fixing a few plumbing mistakes the last plumber had made. He is a very courteous and professional business owner who obviously takes pride in his work. We would definitely hire him again.

John asked for pics by cell before he came over. He was clear about timing and provided an update when he was running a few minutes late. Had all his equipment and took about 20' to complete the work, and we probably spent another 15-20' talking about Romania. Provided practical advice.

John scheduled time the very next day. He had all necessary parts, did the work quickly, and was a very pleasant man to work with. i called him about another problem and he was willing to come out the next day. When I called him to say that the problem was solved, he expressed happiness for me that I didn't need the help.

John was very responsive to my call. I called at 8 am and the work was done before noon. He was professional and knowledgeable.
