+ -1 moreHis pricing is fair, he's thorough and tidy, and he's fixed a bunch of botched work from a previous homeowner. He has helped us find ways to save money on projects without compromising the overall integrity or safety of the work. He is the first person we call for any electrical needs.
Description of Work: Joe has done a number of different electrical projects over the past several years for us, and we've been extremely pleased each time. The most recent work was installing a custom exhaust system for my art studio - consisting of metal duct work, a fan, and an exterior vent through the wall.

+ -1 moreHe's been great for the odd jobs I've used him for years. I can't think of a time I haven't been happy with him, but it sometimes his availability fills up quickly because he gets busy.
Description of Work: I have used him on and off for nearly nine years. Last year, he worked on a vacant rental, replacing four light fixtures, did some rewiring, put a new timer on some heating units, and checked the safety of the electrical system in general.

Description of Work: New circuit to supply a new furnace. As a property manager I have hired Joe numerous times over the last 5 or 6 years for a variety of electrical upgrades.
