JIM CROSS CONCRETE

Jim was great. He was recommended from a relative that had used his services. He arrived on time for the initial bid and followed up afterwards. He seemed to want our business, unlike some others i had requested a bid on. He and his crew were professional and did a very good job. I would use him in the future if needed.

The representative from Cross Concrete made a professional apparaisal of the scope of work needing done. Provided recommendations and suggestions and clearly outlined the alternative choices and expected results, and life of project. Once the decision was made on what was the best course of action, the work was performed thoroughly and expediently. The finished work is attractive, and still serving our facility with full integrity. All this was made available to our small not for profit at an extreme discount. Though not receiving full payment for value of service, Cross Concrete, provided full value work.

It took them so long to call back that we'd already located another contractor at that point. I called, three days later received a message back. When I returned their call that same day, I again got voice mail, and didn't receive another call back for 3-4 days. I didn't ever speak to anyone.

I chose Jim among all the bids I received because his price was good, he was professional (returned calls promptly and arrived when promised for appointments), and listened to my needs and concerns. I originally requested a quote for a full concrete driveway, and then decided to go with pavers. Jim was willing to excavate the driveway in preparation for paver installation, including installing 8" of gravel to grade. I installed the pavers myself. Jim was great to work with. There were no major issues. There was some gravel to clean out of the grass and bark chips when the job was done, but this was such a minor issue I did not even bring it up with Jim. I should have asked asked before the work was done what to expect. It did not take long to clean up, but you should be aware that if you're having excavation done, there may be some cleanup later. Jim & crew are highly recommended.

Jim handled the job pretty well. They didn't notify my neighbor in advance notice but all worked out well.

On time, on budget excellent job, Jim was very straight forward easy to talk to and his crew as well. Their bid was the best and we couldn't be happier with the job. We are going to have them pour a driveway as well.

Jim was an excellent person to work with. He was very helpful in the design stages and his work shows craftsmanship. He got the job done in a very prompt manner, even though there were major challenges they discovered after he started the job. I really appreciated the fact that the worksite was clean everyday. I feel like I got alot for my money.

Never has returned my calls. Should be taken off the list.

I CONTACTED THE COMPANY, AND LEFT A MESSAGE WITH A "LIVE" PERSON ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS, AND NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN PHONE CALL.

JIM CAME OUT PERSONALLY AND WORKED OUT THE PLAN. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. DUE TO THE WEATHER, OUR JOB WAS 6 WEEKS BEHIND SCHEDULE. HE CALLED CONTINUOUSLY TO CHECK ON US. WHEN HE DID COMPLETE THE NEW DRIVEWAY, THE WORK WAS BEAUTIFUL. HE WAS DEFINITELY WORTH WAITING FOR.

HE WAS VERY POLITE, VERY PUNCTUAL, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I DIDN'T HAVE TO ASK A LOT OF QUESTIONS. HE JUST TOLD ME WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I DIDN'T HAVE TO ASK HOW COME, HE JUST EXPLAINED EVERYTHING.
