When I got a notice from the water department that my usage had gone way up, indicating a leak, I was in a panic. A contractor friend recommended Joel at JET Plumbing. I called and he came over the next morning. He did some tests to locate the leak, and set up the repair for a few days later. He gave me a verbal estimate and we shook hands, but didn't sign anything, which concerned me but I was desperate. He did all the work to get the permit from the city. He showed up at my house on time, and got the work done quickly and efficiently. After he left, I noticed that the water pressure was low in my downstairs bathroom. I called and he came right back over and flushed out the line. When I got the bill, it was several hundred dollars lower than what we had agreed on. I will definitely use this company in the future for any plumbing work.
