She worked with us first hand to find our first home, helped us through the whole process including helping us to understand the confusing financing process even though that was not her 'job.' She drove with us to countless homes, on our schedule, not hers. She kept on top of the loan agents (we dumped one and the second was only slightly better) making sure that the documents were getting taken care of in the time frame we needed to close. She was there with us through every step, even signing. The second home we found, but it needed a lot of work. She advised us of which professionals to get to get to look at the problems. She had a great resource of references when we needed them. Because of all of the issues with the house our negotiations were specific and she was right on top of the whole thing. The seller's agent dropped the ball a few times, but Jennifer was right on him to make sure that we got the house on time for the best deal possible.
