We went dress shopping and had the best sales people with there help we found the best dress and on sale.

Everything's been great. I think they're great and that's why I keep going back to them. They're awesome, the prices are good and their customer service is excellent. The only negative thing I would say is sometimes the wait time is really long at the store. They need more people on duty. They're very professional but they need more people on the floor.

I chose them because I have used them before for other window treatments in the house. I was satisfied with their work. It was great. We had a specific worker that we had the first time. I requested him again, and he did another great job. Their quality of work was good. The second time wasn't as good as the first time, but it was good. They were good. The price was a little high for what they did. I would consider using them; I would get a bid. I didn't get any other bids from them either time that I used them. So in the future I would do competitive bidding to see if I could get the same service for a lower price. I've learned enough that I think that I could do it myself.

We chose them for two reasons at least. We had a coupon from them that offered 50% off. They had a fairly sizeable Angie’s List history, and the general results were fairly satisfactory. They gave us good value. We had grandparents out, so we wanted to do 3 or 4 different combinations. They were fine with doing that. They did not have a preference on the number of sittings. The only time they charged us was for the session in general and the number of prints. It worked out very well for us. Given that it was crunch time at Christmas and it was mobbed, they took the time and made sure we were happy. However, we only could do 3 or 4 proofs of each one. We had a little guy that was 3 years old, and he was pretty fidgety. He just did not want his picture taken that day. So they had a problem taking the extra time to work with him through the distractions; they might have done it if they were less crowded. They could probably improve upon the size of the studio. It wasn’t really good for larger groups - it was more for 3 or 4 persons. As soon as we had the grandparents in, they were kind of running out of space. I would consider using them in the future if necessary.

I've had the kids and/or family pictures done at Penny's probably 50 times. They are convenient and inexpensive when you have a club card. I can always count on them to try hard to get smiles and have decent looking end results. They've changed their layout recently to be on the ground w/a hand held camera and I like it much better.. More unique angles and shots.. less dangerous than that table too.

The salesman was very friendly. We would go back here in the future when we need to purchase more window treatments. We were very happy with the work. They recommended people to do the installation, however I feel that they need to update this list because I couldn't read the phone numbers very well on the paper. Also, one of three was out of business.

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT AND THE INSTALLATION. THEY WERE VERY, VERY GOOD IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS. ABSOLUTELY RIGHT ON TIME. THEY TREATED US VERY, VERY WELL. THEY ANSWERED ALL KINDS OF QUESTIONS AND THE WORK WAS VERY WELL DONE. THEY TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING BEFORE THEY LEFT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
