The project was on schedule, and we didn't have any financial surprises. The workers showed up on time and they were very professional. John made sure that we understand each step of the building process. He took extra time to find some the right pieces of the project, such as horse stall doors.

Mr. Kerr re-did the inside window casing and it turns out that the window was installed properly to begin with, but the caulking was incomplete in places and a flashing strip was doing more harm than good. He fixed it and assured that it was dry, and then he came inside to work on the water damage. I found JB Kerr by referral from a neighbor of a friend in electrical construction. Mr. Kerr works out of his home, but it was clear that it is a major firm. He was confident, clean, and did quality work. He came out and looked at the problem and he gave me a bid. Compared to other bids I had, the others were more than twice as much. Mr. Kerr fixed the problem for the price he said. He arrived the same day he said he would and then came back to follow-up after a rain storm to make sure it was fixed properly. He took a couple days to repair the arch window on the inside, but we were extremely pleased with his work. You could not tell where his work began and the original started. It was seam-less. There have been no more problems with this issue since he did the work three or four years ago. I would use his services again in the future if ever needed.
