They took extreme professional care while doing all work. There were 4 workers in my home and I didn't realize they were here. All of the clean-up was taken care of and everything was done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I was also provided the documentation for my energy efficiency report and was able to get a great rebate from the state.

We have had him out here a bunch of times. He does a really great job. I would and have recommended him highly. He is reliable and he sticks to the price he gives you. He opened our bedroom door and saw that the light switch was behind the door and he said he would just switch it for us for free. He is very very helpful about floor coverings and tiles and he gives good advice. He also listens to what you want from him too. He hires very good people to help him. Our kitchen has held up very well. We have cabinets made by actual cabinet makers and they look great. He also has recommended painters to us. He will tell you nicely if he thinks you should think about another idea if he thinks you need to.

We have worked with Jim Poggi a lot, and we like him. He is a contractor. The work on the kitchen was really extensive. He had to take out a wall and enlarge its area. Periodically, he has done other things. He did some outdoor work and built the deck. We are on a hill, and he had to pull out trees and other things. He put in a deck and re-graded the hill. The price for the work on the deck was $7000. He is a competent person and can do a whole bunch of work. If it is something that he can?t work on, he will get someone who can; he has a whole list of people that he really trusts. He is not the cheapest guy around but provides good quality. His responsiveness in the past was better than what it is now, and that is probably because he is busy. He is kind of a perfectionist. He will often do little things and make it perfect but not charge extra for it; for example, he will move a light switch from one wall to another because it is more efficient. He has helped us decide on colors and tiles because we feel like he has got a very good sense of that. We would use him again in the future; in fact, he is coming over today to finish putting in hardwood floors.
