James Frank Construction was great to work with but came in higher then competitors for the bid. However, the pricing was reasonable. The responsiveness and professionalism were excellent.

The quote is in. We are still in the middle of it. I am still working with the interior design person; construction hasn't even started yet. They were just as prompt as anybody else. I thought that it was a little slow, but my expectations weren't probably realistic, because I have never done this before and I didn't know the drill. The price was reasonable; that's why I chose them.
