Jaid Smith Piano Service

As always Jaid exhibits the utmost in professionalism when carefully tuning and cleaning my piano. He is a Registered Piano Technician and takes his job very seriously and with great care. He is very thorough as he even vacuumed the inside of my piano to remove any dust or particulate. He emails me a reminder each year when the annual tuning is due which is very helpful. He is always on time to each appointment and makes sure the job is done completely to the expectations of the customer. I continue to hire him on a regular basis each year to care for the delicate maintenance of my piano.

My piano is pretty old, and might not have been tuned for 20 years. Jade cleaned it out, repaired a broken key pedal, spent copious amounts of time carefully tuning it. The piano sounds wonderful now. Good job Jade!

Everything went fine. Very professional and excellent piano service. Two separate job appointments. Both went very well. I will use this service again. Total for tuning was $225.00. Piano had not been tuned for several years. The appointment for repair and replacements of worn parts was $95. 00. The price was very fair for the service rendered.

My phone inquiry for a piano tune-up was at the last minute on the Wednesday before Easter, When I spoke w/Jaid, he was headed out of town the following day; he suggested he could come to come my house to tune the piano the day after Easter. I asked if he might tune the piano prior to Sunday since one of our Easter dinner guests often played the piano while at our house. In the past, this individual often commented on the piano being out of tune. Jaid was gracious and accommodated my request to tune the piano before Easter. He came at the scheduled appointment time and was careful and thorough with the piano tune-up. The piano had not been tuned in 20 yrs. Jaid noticed a screw for the hinge that attached the music rack to the piano was missing. Jaid went to his vehicle to find a replacement part for the music rack. He also found a pen inside the piano. Jaid was at my house for about 2-1/2 hours, tuning the piano He was respectful and thoughtful; he carefully moved furniture near the piano. I would highly recommend Jaid's piano tune-up or repair services. He did an excellent job tuning and repairing the piano. I believe the price he charged for his service was reasonable.

Jaid was great! I would recommend him to anyone needing to get their piano tuned. He was flexible with scheduling, punctual in his arrival and very professional while in our home.

Jaid is a professional, competent and warm person. He takes his time to tune the piano and really does a thorough job. You can tell from his tuning technique that he is very detail oriented. By the time he leaves, the piano sounds great. I have also noticed that since he has started working on it, our piano keeps the tuning much longer. Highly recommend Jaid's services.
