Jeff was very professional and did a very fine job. Carpets are 13 years old and they looked great when he was done. He cautioned us not to walk on the main traffic areas until they were dry. This was the first time someone has told us that. Dirt in the backing can wick up.

Sent a picture of the area prior to the visit. Jeff was informative about the process. Friendly demeanor and professional. Took off 2 inches off carpet that was installed incorrectly. Made sure the place was tidy afterwards. Highly recommend this company!

First off Jeff answered the phone on the first or second ring. No voicemails, phone tag, etc. They were out within a week and did an excellent job. I had no ideas my older carpets could look so good. Very conscientious and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

He's prompt, thorough, and does a good job at a reasonable cost. 2 major rooms were done for $95.00. It was adequate.We asked them to be careful about perfumes, they arrived on time and helped us move the last piece of furniture away. Did the carpets and were gone in an hour. They were polite, courteous, and professional. I have used their services several times already.

I was very satisfied with the services. The provider was very professional and pleasant. The pricing was transparent and fair. The work was meticulous. He managed to remove some stains that had resisted previous cleanings. He also took good care of our house, using appropriate protection for our floors. I highly recommend this provider and I will use him for my next carpet cleaning.

We had him do the duplex that we moved out of and it was badly stained, and he at first said that he wouldn't be able to get it all out so he didn't want to waste our money. So we talked to the landlord, the landlord said go ahead and do it, and he got it a lot better than he thought he could and the landlord was impressed. Well the company. He told me that he thought it would be a waste of money and he didn't just go ahead and do it knowing that it wouldn't work.

I would use him again. The carpets looked like they were brand new. To take your carpets and make them look brand new is a pretty big deal.

It went great. He was here on time and completed what he said he would do. He didn't try and upsell us on additional services we didn't need. I would highly recommend. We did this in November and our carpets did take longer to dry than we were expecting. They do however look great!

I could not have asked for more. He did such a great job. I have never had anyone clean my carpets so well before this. Even though this is steam cleaning the carpets were not excessively wet and he removed spots, due to pets, I never thought would come out... but he did it. He did a pre-treatment for this and even left me with a bottle of extra spot cleaner. I cannot say enough about what a good job he did and would recommend him to anyone!

Awesome work, Jeff was actually the one on-site which is rare these days. Always professional, prompt, always accommodated our schedule for our office to do the cleaning. I like how jeff is proactive in communicating what will probably not come out and he some helpful tips too on prevention. Much appreciated and we will continue to use for our regular cleaning of our carpet.
