It went smooth as silk, he was done in about 2 hours, reinstalled all the applications as well as the OS, saved all our data. We could never have done it on our own. He was courteous and helpful and gave us a lot of free education about computers, operating systems, availability of training and information in the community, and much more.

Joseph is very reasonable, $15 per hour if you bring to him, $20 if he comes to your house. I can't really comment on the work he does but he is extremely helpful and honest. He spent almost an hour figuring out what was wrong with my computer. It turned out to be a faulty mother board. He told me it wasn't worth spending the money to repair. He said he could build a new computer for me but it would be much cheaper for me to buy one on-line. He then recommended a web site and advised me on the best deal for my needs. After doing all this, he did not want to charge me because he wasn't able to fix the computer. I paid him anyway for the time he put in.

Over the past year or two, I have used this company to repair and upgrade my small office computers and to create a secure and efficient wireless network. The owner, Joseph Luo, is terrific. He is extremely responsive to my needs, is helpful, and very inexpensive; very, very inexpensive. He fixed something for $70, that I had paid another "consultant" over $300, which he never figured out, and kept saying he needed to do some research. I have referred him to many friends and clients, and they have all told me the work was done properly, and that they enjoyed meeting Joseph. I heartily recommend him. Save yourself a BUNCH of money and call Joseph when you need help.
