SCAM ALERT! iPro Services charged me $99 to unlock my phone, promising it would take 2-3 weeks. This is seven months ago, and my phone is not unlocked. They haven?t once proactively contacted me with an update, and when I last checked they told me my file is closed. When I told them I would give them bad reviews for their fraudulent behavior, they threatened to sue me.
Description of Work: They should have unlocked my phone for international service, but didn't.

A very good experience with iPro Service. Initially, I tried calling to arrange an appointment, but only received voicemail. I was offered the opportunity to submit a text message, which I received a prompt response. I was able to bring the phone the same day for repair. The repair itself took about 30 minutes. I returned in the afternoon to pick up the phone and it looked and worked as good as new. The price for the service was $129, which was a fair price based on my research (Apple wanted $149). I would recommend iPro Service for anyone needing a iPhone repair.
