+ -1 moreOne word: amazing! I've had a fabulous experience with Interwest Properties over the last 9 months. From the beginning, they easily assessed the needs of our property and even though they manage much larger properties than ours--they are always quick to answer questions and respond to requests. We've had several large renovation projects and they've done more than we imagined in coordinating with contractors and ensuring that timely and appropriate work is done. I feel like they are always on our side and I trust them. I appreciate their financial reports and the peace of mind they provide! I would highly recommend their services.
Description of Work: Provides monthly property management of a duplex; including finding/selecting renters, receiving and accounting for rent and repairs, coordinating repairs with internal and external contractors, communicating about any property issues and responding to renter requests.
