I want to couch this review within a very specific context - one where my property had been listed for 200+ days, included a half a dozen price reductions and showings that I could count on one finger. It is based on our frustration over the course of those 200 days and the decision to end our contract with our representing agent and remove my listing from inventory. It is based on my decision at that time to not list, embrace my fate and wait out whatever reality there was that impacted my ability to sell our beautiful condo in one of the best buildings in the Pearl District. It is based on me informing every agent who called me after we removed our listing seeking to replace our last agent with promises to do better that I was not interested in selling. It is based on the decision I made to entertain Dave and hear him out. It is based the decision to hire Dave which turned out to be one of the best overall decisions I ever made in life. From the moment Dave got me on the phone, he took me down a strategic path of listing and selling no other agent mentioned. His approach was not only new and unique, it made a ton of sense. What I picked up on immediately was his research prior to calling me. I wasn't just another expired listing. I had a story. A real problem. He offered a crafted solution. I booked another meeting with my wife and we both agreed to let him re-list our property. There was no price drop. He staged a photo shoot, collaborated with us on a property description, executed the listing on schedule. He fired off a round of target marketing. We immediately began to have showings. I was first introduced to Dave as a roofing contractor who handled a re-roof for his client.
