They did a great job in a timely manner for a good price. I would recommend them. They came out and attempted to fix my furnace. The initial fix solved one problem, but then an even larger problem was found. At that point they recommended replacing the furnace as it was already on its last leg anyway. I got a quote for work from them and 2 other companies. The other companies agreed a replacement was the best option. Integrity Air had the best price. Their technicians were very friendly and explained what they were doing during all steps. They were prompt with their service. I had a secondary source for heat (gas fireplace inside), so I was in no rush and had the service calls when it was convenient for my schedule. They did have appointments available sooner had I wanted and needed the heat fixed sooner.

Jordan arrived on time to service my furnace and set to work immediately. He knew what he was doing, cleaned the furnace filters, disassembled the blower and cleaned that. The furnace area was left clean and tidy and the house is back to warm. I was impressed and Jordan offered to schedule an AC service next spring which I was happy to accept. This is a good company to work with.

They installed my AC two years ago and now serviced my furnace. Both times they were professional and courteous.

I have a furnace that has been misbehaving for years and impossible to diagnose. Paul from integrity came the next day after my call, replaced the circuit board (as had been done twice before by different contractors). I'm hopeful that this time the fix will be a permanent one.

We had are gas furnace serviced and checked before selling our house. This appointment was easy to schedule on our very short timeline. The repairman was personable and showed me some maintenance things I could check for myself. Great experience.
