Description of Work: Inside-Out Renovations has done several jobs for me and they've exceeded my expectations in every case. They terraced a portion of my sloping front yard and built a rock garden. This was a complex project that involved tree removal, excavation, creation of hand-fitted rock walls, and planting of ornamental trees and bushes. The results were terrific--passersby often stop to comment on our new garden. Irik and his crew did a great job under circumstances that were complicated by an unpleasant property line dispute with a neighbor. They remained focused and professional despite harassment from the cranky neighbor, and their attention to detail and preservation of the surrounding landscape kept a bad situation from turning worse. They installed French drains and dry wells along two sides of my house to prevent rainwater from seeping into the basement. Several other contractors had tried unsuccessfully to fix the problem, but Inside-Out Renovations got it right--my basement stayed dry all winter for the first time in 20 years. They've done miscellaneous pruning, mulching, and other landscaping tasks on many occasions. They're currently planning a cedar fence for my back yard.
