Roland did two house inspections for us. He had many professional inspection tools, and downloaded the many pictures he took into his organized report software. He was knowledgeable of likely faults to look for and several great techniques to assess them. He got his coveralls on to inspect the crawlspace without hesitation, and his own boot covers to keep the carpet clean. I would definitely hire Roland again.

Roland arrived promptly to the condo and had started before I even got there. He was prompt, thorough and professional in his inspection and communication. The inspection was at 9 AM on a Thursday morning and I got his full report with pictures via email by 10 that night. Roland also sent over the Radon report sunday evening (takes 2-3 days to collect the data).

He took the time to explain issues he found, gave a ballpark estimate of what each repair would cost, and let us know why it would be important to fix.
