 + -1 moreThe ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. She was on time and professional. I got up off the table in an hours time, feeling refreshed and relaxed. A great Massage!
Description of Work: Lyn worked on my neck and upper back area, to relieve tightness from working in the garden and heavy lifting. A general light massage, on the rest of my body.

 + -1 moreLyn Hughey is an extremely professional massage therapist with years of expertise and experience. I have chronic pain in both my shoulder and lower back and I have been seeing Lyn to help alleviate this pain. She has helped me greatly with these issues, as well as helping me maintain an overall state of health and wellness. She is also an extremely loving and kind person, which, when coupled with her high level of experience, makes her quite unique. I have recommended Lyn for family and friends, and would recommend her to anyone needing an excellent massage therapist.
Description of Work: I have seen Lyn Hughey for a series comprehensive therapeutic 60-minute massages to help treat chronic pain as well as maintain a higher level of overall wellness.

 + -1 moreI've had massage from Lyn for over 5 years, and have always had amazing service. She does deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, stretching, and reiki. I have always gotten off of her table feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and alive to my core. She's a fantastic therapist, with great skills!

 + -1 moreI've been seeing Lyn as my masseuse for nearly two years. She is a great listener and knows how to focus where the pain is. I leave her office feeling full of energy and free of pain. I've used other masseuses over the past decade, and Lyn is definitely the best! I feel especially lucky to see Lyn with only a $25 co-pay since she is a provider in Kaiser's alternative health care plan.
Description of Work: A one-hour massage in a peaceful room located inside a wellness clinic called Numinosity.
