We were looking for help in cleaning the home we were moving out of and it was a bit last minute but House Calls By Magic Maid was able to make it with only 2 days notice. A team of two did an amazing job of cleaning the place from top to bottom. If only we were using them all the time while we were living there!

This is the second time I've used this company for doing a deep clean and both times the cleaning job has been very good. There were 2 people who showed up right on time and took their time to do a thorough cleaning of the house.

They were terrific. We are still using Magic Maid, and I would highly recommend them to others.

I am so impressed with the team at House Calls by Magic Maid. I've had several monthly cleaning sessions now, and it's always great to come home to a spotless, sparkling clean house. The attention to detail is superb - all faucets are shining and even window tracks get cleaned. My initial cleaning session was a little more expensive than I expected because of an underestimate of time, but all my regular sessions have matched or even been under the estimated time and cost. The office team that handles scheduling and payment is polite and professional. I highly recommend the for housecleaning.

Scheduling was a bit rough but other than that it went well.

They were really good. I will use them again. Really friendly. Either the owner or the manager called me later and said "How was it? Are you okay with it?" They really have good customer service. It felt like when we were done with it that they did a great job for the cost. Like I said, I'm using them again. Quality was great. Responsiveness, they were really great. Professionalism, very much an A.

Serious under estimate of the time needed. Not sure this company has done much of this type of cleaning. Had to pay much more than expected.

House Calls by Magic Maid has been cleaning for us for over a year now. They are very flexible, make scheduling easy, are super easy to work with by email, and always do a great job.

We were customers of HC by MM for many years. Upon our return to PDX after a brief relocation, we moved a limited amount of belongings into the house while repairs and a minor remodel were being done. Prior to completing our move from storage, we contacted Matt and Jana to retain their services once again. We started with an initial cleaning to get the dust from the construction and the residual of our tenant out of the house. The team completed the task efficiently and with great attention to detail including a great job on the shaker style cabinets, ceiling fans, and our blinds. Our experience in 2015 was consistent with our expectations and we are once again scheduling regular services.

I've never seen a crew do such a thorough job! It took longer and cost more than I'd originally anticipated, but it was nice to have someone other than me do such a careful, detailed job!

Magic Maids cleans the main living area of my house every other week. They do a good job, and the housekeepers are pleasant and cheerful.

They were able to fit me in for a cleaning with very short notice, which was great! We had already moved out of the place they were cleaning, so I hurried to meet them at 8:30am as we agreed. At 8:45 I called them to see why nobody had showed up yet - was told they were on their way. The team arrived at 9am. I wish they had called me instead of the other way around. I let them in and showed them the job to be done. The lady I spoke with on the phone had agreed to call me if they job looked like it was going to take more than 2.5 hours (as that was about what we wanted to pay) and then we would decide if they would finish or if I would do the last things myself. I did not receive a call and was then charged for 3.25 hours. The team was very nice (though communication was more effective in Spanish - luckily I speak fairly well) and the job was VERY well done. It was worth paying for, but I felt that communication was really lacking. Overall, however, I was happy with the service.

Estimate was for 5 hours. Clearly, it wasn't going to be complete in 5 hours. The team finished the job in 5 1/2 hours and did a great job.

Company was coming and I needed A QUICK, COMPLETE housecleaning! I called and had an in-home estimate given the next day. Even though it was only a week away I was able to get the cleaning scheduled the day before company arrived...and on July 3rd! The crew arrived 30 minutes early and did a terrific job. Took about 2 1/2 hours for 2 to clean 2100 sq ft...2 master bedrooms, total of 3 full bathrooms, office, family, living and kitchen. The staff was pleasant,but remained task -oriented and professional. The one thing I asked them to do extra they did cheerfully. Will definitely be using them again.

They are fantastic. They do a great job. They are very conscientious and nice people. I always know when they are going to be here and also make reminder calls the week before. They have a standard of cleaning that they maintain and are very thorough. They are absolutely wonderful.

They showed up, they cleaned, they left. Job was acceptable. They had four people. They confused me by sending two bills, but eventually we worked it out.
