contractors, decks, handyman service
 + 1 moreI had 3 companies come out to bid the work and Brad was the only one that put on his coveralls and went under the porch to view the damage from that angle. This and the fact that his quote was very competitive is what got him the business. As with many jobs like this, the further Brad tore into it, more and more damage was found. Brad was great about explaining what the problem was, how involved it was to fix, and coming up with solutions that were cost effective and fixed the problem. The workmanship is first class. I would not hesitate to hire Homestead Productions again. It's so nice to have a great experience with a contractor!!!
Description of Work: Remove rotting boards from my porch and replace with good wood.
