+ 5 moreSteve not only gave great advice over the phone, but he showed up on time - every time. He was very honest and worked with me to overcome unforeseen obstacles.
Description of Work: Steve has helped me several times do maintenance work on my rental and personal property. He has great insight, is extremely knowledgeable, and has impeccable finish work. The tough part is getting him booked as he is consistently booked out two weeks in advance. His work has ranged from laying a Pergo floor in my basement, framing a wall, installing can lights, total repair of damaged bath floor, shower door, and toilet, fabricating and installing heat ducts, and installing a ceiling fan.

+ -1 moreSteve was very professional and really explained all the issues with the house - good and bad. I felt like he really took his time to make sure that I felt comfortable with my decision. The report was very clear and informative. I was able to negotiate a deal with the seller for the cost of repairs listed from his inspection. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering buying a home.
Description of Work: HomeSmart inspected my house for me before I purchased it. I received a computer report the next day and ended up buying the house.
