 + -1 moreNot only did we get a good deal on the spa, but they also added a total of approx $450 of desired options for free! The delivery went well and as I write this I've already had my first wonderful soak! The delivery man called when he was 15 minutes away and we were all set. I've dealt with one other person at the store and they were also very helpful for this rookie spa owner. To also be honest, there must be a lot of competition in the business as all the stores (12 overall) we visited made it clear they were there to sell you something. We got by a wide margin the best overall deal and they have been very helpful when I call with questions.
Description of Work: Ended up with a few thousand dollars after some remodeling and decided to buy a spa (hot tub). Working on a budget we located 4 spas at 4 different dealers (but shopped at 12 or 13 different ones). I won't name the other 3, but all but Homecove Merchants had numerous BBB complaints and we lost interest in them quickly and bought our Caldera spa here.
